Really like this I wish more people would show them cleaning more dumpster pads because that’s what I want to get into. I’m up here in Maine that’s really what I want to get into the dumpster pad industry.
Turned out great. I watch Billy Davidson channel he has been doing dumpster pads for years. Congratulations on the contract nothing better than steady work.
I've seen some videos for dumpster pads, but usually for restaurants. Which they use mainly degreaser and hot water to clean for obvious reasons. This turned out really well with that hot mix, look forward to seeing the others. Had no idea there is drainage under those compactors. Always enjoy your content.
if i have a 2 gallon spray pump and i use a gallon of SH and a gallon of water…what percentage would that be considered? I notice that ratio works on damn near everything
Hey PF, Anyway you could point me in the right direction or get some guidance on the monthly and quarterly contracts? I have 5 places wanting bids but not sure how to approach this as I have never done any commercial work before.
What’s up I have a sidewalk tomorrow it’s half mold and half rust from sprinklers can I use sh first and rinse real good then use rust remover I don’t wanna die over $200 lol I’ll be using rust aid
@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I understand, I honestly congratulate you on your work. I am in the process of doing something like that but I still have to understand this thing about prices in NY. Thank you, I hope you have much success.
My 7 year old daughter is obsessed with pink flamingos. When she was really little she called "pink mafingos" and it stuck. When she saw me watching one of your videos she told me I should call my business "Pink Mafingo Exterior Services". I had a hard time telling her no to that. Lol
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash lol. I was gonna go with Liberty Power Clean but found one less than an hour from me called Liberty Power Wash. She was all excited and said "You're gonna be the water guy?!" So now I'm... The Water Guy. 🤣
honestly great video, im hoping you could answer one more question i had. I saw you applying the SH +surfactant mix first then talking about the degreaser after but never saw you apply it. I was just wondering if you apply it directly after the sh or you let the sh sit by itself, or if you rinse the sh and THEN apply the degreaser. Just trying to get the application process right. Thanks for your time and the video!
I didn't end up using the degreaser. The strong sh mix took care of it. But if I was to use the degreaser I'd apply it after I cleaned with the sh and rinse it off. Then I'd spray the degreaser and let it sit then rinse it off

Depends on the location, the client and also your business. Theres not a blanket price, on these since they were spread out everywhere I had to calculate drive time, chemicals, time, and also other expenses to come up with a price.
May I please get you advise? I bought a pressure washer about a month ago and made flyer’s . I passed by houses and business writing quotes on the flyers and leaving them on the doors. Almost every video of pressure/power washing of all content posters, they either wash the water into the grass, planter bed, dirt, drain….yet the laws around here (California) state that all water runoff needs to be reclaimed…ESPECIALLY when using chemicals. So my question to you and really all are: Is there no runoff or drain laws? Wouldnt all those chemicals ruin the grass or anywhere else you push it to?…how can you wash an entire gas station, dumpster pad, drive-thru or anything with heavy grease or chem runoff? Having the ability to reclaim costs quite a bit more money to add to the setup not to mention the hassle of disposing the bad runoff…on top of that, who wants to hold full tanks of constantly dirty treated reusable water? The amounts youd have to charge is exponentially higher. Same woth houses I mean all that chem runs to a storm drain. Almost zero video like i said of all youtubers has the process of reclaiming the water. Go see what a surface cleaner with vac attachment costs…then add a filtration system…rig now needs a generator. And on and on.
Oh trust me I know the cost of those reclaim systems and California out of all the states is the most anal about runoff thats why you see nobody with those things. Only people that really uses reclaims are people that cleans gas stations where the runoff has the chance to go off the property. Gas stations usually have a drainage system that filters the run off on the property. Thats like all the gas spills, oil drips from cars etc.. gets rained on and starts to flow. And the rinsing into the grass thing is complex, if you are rinsing a driveway that you already done surface cleaned that little chemical you are rinsing isnt gonna affect anything. Its already way too diluted to do any harm.
Funny, 80% of the dirt, grease and grime disappeared.... blasted under the compactor. WTF. If your going to do this halfway, why waste the SH? The debris cleanup was sub-par as proven by your dozing the big pile of dirt on the left side with your surface cleaner... honestly, why bother? Dont get me wrong I am a fanatical supporter of entrepreneurs and yes mistakes happen to us all but the initial debris clean came up far short of minimally acceptable.
