It's the "Garb of The Land and Sky" its monk armour, I dyed it with pink dye I think. Pretty sure I got this from a shop in Wyrm's Crossing. The one where Jaheira's quest starts. If you want dyes, there's a vendor near the park that sells clothing dyes, right opposite the Baldur's Gate waypoint.
