Getting the clips for this video was such a fun experience because despite being a relatively easy rotation is still requires careful precision about what to do when, and if you do everything in the right order you’re rewarded very heavily. Unfortunately I don’t own this roll on my own account but by a stroke of luck my thumbnail artist @2fresi was graced with it just a few days ago, and I knew it was my chance to get this video out! I really do hope this interaction isn’t patched since the drop itself is so insanely rare it makes it more valuable if you do end up getting it. Also big shoutout to flux for ribbing rotations with me for about an hour, much appreciated! Anyways, enjoy the breakdown!

While I don’t really want it to be patched, I think the rarity plus limited time makes it inevitable. I can’t see Bungie deciding that only a chosen few people ever get to have the highest damage output weapon in the game. Regardless it’s insane and I want one.

but is it really fair to those who grinded their asses off to get a roll like this? First it's got to drop in the first place, then be shiny, then needs the perks all to be combined into a damage rotation which many can't comprehend how to do... Such a slap in the face for people who invested their time into the game honestly
My best guess is they’ll make it so if you switch off of envious assassin then you’ll lose any overflowed shots you’ve built up

note the 2.9 mil dmg did have an extra 2 gl shots from a heavy brick I don't think llama noticed he picked up during dmg.

I got the roll today, just shy of five out of five, no hard launch, but spike grenades, Envious/Cascade + Bait & Switch/Frenzy. Was losing my mind when it happened, so crazy. It's been fun to play with, though I am no DPS queen by any stretch haha

I smiled hearing the excitement when you hit that whole combo and did 3.4. Reactions like that, make me want that roll, and makes me want to do stuff like that ngl.
I mean, in the span of 10 seconds, you did more damage than a fairly decent portion of people will do over an entire boss, i get the hype.

I got the solo one phase on the grasp ogre back to back with this roll (no spike or mag perk) on hunter this morning! I am going to try and get solo WR before the end of the season. Wish me luck as that ogre is a pain and took a lot of time to get as consistent as it is now

I quit Warframe for Destiny because the grind is just stupid. Everything became a chore.

Build are stupid, you are basically invincible and one shotting everything, even the hardest content in the game, all mechanics is non existent because you are basically a god is in this game. Boring
That was an insane damage rotation. Any chance you could tell us what is on the Persuader? Looked very strong. Also, a cool video idea would be some ideal bait and switch swap rotations, which weapons pair well with others. It’s mostly common sense, but some, like Persuader, I would never have thought of. Great video as always though!

If you want alternatives, you can either get a Fugue (ALH+Vorpal/FL) or double swap with Wilderfight (ALH+Vorpal) and whatever kineticslot fusion you like the most.

Cascade and Bait does indeed do a lot of damage very fast
Bungie already came out and said 'before people grind for certain rolls, we will be adjusting the interactions of selectable perks in the final shape'. When you swap from envious to cascade, it's almost certainly going to reduce the mag size at the same time
I gotta ask, how well would frozen orbit do with the damage rotation cause you only need 1 shot of izanagi and one shot of orbit to proc cascade point. Basically the handling on orbit is terrible, but can be somewhat fixed by exotic armor like ophidians. Just askin would the one shot with orbit be faster than the 2 shots you need to do with a rapid fire frame. And finally, how good would Fugue-55 be with this rotation? (I don't have anyone to damage test this with neither do I have the god roll edge transit)

You can get 2.9 with deconstruction, sticky granades and cascade point as well. Much less set up needed too
I have quick launch, spike, envious/cascade, b+s/explosive light, reload MW. Almost perfect!

I’ve got the gold version with hard launch, augmented drum, envious, bait and switch and velocity MW. It hits hard.
Then a grenade launcher comes out that can be created and yours gets invalidated

Suggestions on ways to proc cascade when a sniper isn't good? E.g. Small crit or close up bosa

wait for envious assassin do you need to swap immediately after getting a kill with a different weapon to get to x3 the mag size? I’ve noticed I get plenty kills and i’m not always getting to times 3?
Each time that you swap off, it will load no more than 100% of the mag. If you swap to it with more than exactly double the mag loaded, it won't proc again. So you get kills until it doubles (10ish?), swap to the weapon, swap back off, and get more kills until it maxes out.

What sniper was that in your energy slot?
I got the shiny with envious, bait, and cascade, but it had spike with a blast radius master work with no mag increase perk.
I’ve got envious + cascade and bns with spike, quick launch, and a blast radius masterwork so not perfect perfect but very close
Probably not good enough to deserve a video of its own but pretty dang good
BUNGIE HAS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED “Looking into this interaction before final shape” ie it will be nerfed
"Looking into" means they're looking into it. As far as I know this is the first time something like this has had such a strong effect. So they need to decide if this is something they're okay with. In this specific situation its probably getting removed since double perks won't be dropping forever and most people will miss out on it.

I think they said in a TWAB that the hall is going away in TFS, which means no more focusing a specific weapon with the hologram shaxxs, that would make getting this weapon from extremely rare to borderline impossible. I don't know if double perk weapon drops are gonna get removed alongside the limited time ornaments, I assume they will continue dropping just without the ornament, but your only source of Brave weapons are gonna have to be Onslaught chests which sounds awfully tedious.

If it’s possible in the 4th column could you proc bait and switch then switch to explosive light in that same column, pick up orbs, then stack both bait and switch and explosive lights damage

I got this exact roll on my very first (50 wave) Onslaught run. No attunement. And it was my first shiny ever.
Just got the hard launch, spike grenades, cascade and B&S w/ reload MW. Not a shiny but I'll take it.

I have augmented drum on mine with hard launch envious cascade and bait and switch but no spike if you wanna test it
That is essentially the same as the one he tested in the video...
Would this possibly be even better with weapons of light and volatile rounds other then well (mainly since wells will be nerfed soon)
Can someone explain me why sticky grenades are suggested a lot lately? They only really add the benefit of Stick em on the target.. am i missing something?
They have a unique interaction with deconstruct where the impact and explosion count for the hit counter of the perk, allowing you to have way more ammo, check the linked video in the description for more!

i have hard launch, mini frags/spike grenades, cascade point and bait and switch. the wild part is that my weapon switching and aim probably arent good/fast enough to make optimal use of this weapon lol.

I saw some testing and apparently your dps is better with minifrags over spike now
the damage test really edged my transit
I've got myself one of these with the caveat being that my mag missed, no spike or mag increase. Though I think the cascade swap is the most important thing, I can't help but be a lil upsetti over it :p
You can change the barrel and mag when final shape releases with enhancing.
Explosive rounds for me
I have the envious cascade bait and switch with spike grenades but don’t have any mag overflow rolls so max I can hit with envious is 18
Have the same mate, got spikes but no mag extension but going to 7 (extended mag mod) gets up to 21 if you get 5 special kills, bring out GL, swap.back for another 5 kills then swap to cascade and boss spec.... Big DPS
I thought they patched out the cascade/envious swapping? I know they mentioned it on reddit but I could have sworn in a patch notes it said it had been patched.

Just got a hard launch, (proximity), envious & cascade, bait shiny. Proximity does decrease blast radius so I suppose its a poor mans spike. Unfortunately it came with a damn Blast Radius MW ... Makes me want to be able to swap out a perk for a cost like in Division 2.
You can get an even more perfect perfect god roll, instead of that full court get deconstruct. Deconstruct is okay as it is in terms of total damage for just Edge Transit it's very close to B&S but since ammo regens you can sustain it slightly longer, you cannot use it with Envious however. The numbers change if you fight anything that counts as a vehicle though, I'm not sure if people know but Deconstruct gives a 40% damage buff to constructs/vehicles. If Wrath comes back this year Aksis was coded as a vehicle in Destiny 1, meaning Deconstruct would be far and away the BIS damage perk for Edge Transit.
I’m guessing that the glowing Edge Transit only drops from Legend Onslaught?
It drops from any source of BRAVE Arsenal drops

for the record, it's a 1.36% chance to get this on a shiny roll, that's just the perks alone, non BR masterwork hard launch and spikes make it a .077% chance. I got spikes field prep envious b&s, the second best possible roll
Pantheon proved to me that envious is not the way to go and that cascade point bait and switch is the true god roll

@Llama You don't want a Blast Radius masterwork no matter what the roll is correct?
Blast Radius only really matters if you have spike grenades, if you don't, it doesn't matter what masterwork you get.

is implosion rounds not more dmg bc it lowers that blast radius even more? I know spike does 2% more dmg on impact but im pretty sure that implosions dmg bonus with the lower blast radius ends up doing slightly more than spike.
Spike does more. Implosion does more on mountaintop specifically because of how it’s damaged is distributed. Edit: also uh that mag option doesn’t exist on heavy GLs 💀
@@ExpertRamspike does like 3% more. What is better than spike is mini frags or augmented drum for the mag increase. This gives more value to ambitious. And let’s be honest, the minor benefit in terms of total damage you get from spike is never going to matter in any practical setting. Ease of use is just much more impactful.

@roundraccoon6141 deconstruct will not refund your ammo if your magazine is full. If you're using envious, your overflowed magazine will not be affected by deconstruct.

@roundraccoon6141 if you want deconstruct. You may grind ALH, field prep, chain reaction, or cascade point(it seems cascade point is breaking deconstruct. You will get less refunded nades)

My one problem with the shinys is you can’t put on shaders with it . I get it has a ornament though but we should still add shaders to it
Sticky nades even works better with deconstruct, it’s literally way better than any other role
