What are the hardest parts of being a therapist?

  • It has taken me a while to get to a place where I feel ok sharing these things. In this video I will share personal insights and harder parts of my experience of becoming and working as a mental health counselor. This is just one perspective and my hope is just to add to the conversation. I would love to hear if you can relate to the things I shared.
    I realize that at one point in the video, I had a little light spot shining on my mouth. What are the odds. In the previous my mic went out and there was a loud clock ticking. Any who. Thank you for watching.
