No Bullsh!t: with Dr. Adam Assoian & Andrew Cornman

This year, Special Olympics Pennsylvania was determined to create a unique series that would dive deeper into stereotypes and incorrect assumptions athletes face on and off the playing field. To have this chat, we wanted no filters, no judgment... And No Bullsh!t.
We partnered up with Strong Minds Clinician Dr. Adam Assoian to sit down with athletes to discuss their truth, hardships and pressures as a person with an intellectual disability.
When it comes to mental health, we want athletes to feel comfortable sharing their experiences with anxiety, stress, nervousness, doubt and more to normalize the discussion. With this No Bullsh!t series, we hope everyone at home is inspired to listen to every story, have more compassion, and erase stigmas.
