The exercise probably won’t work because to get a that small waist you probably need to be in a calorie deficit, depending on how skinny you are.

I agree that stomach vaccum is a great way to have a tiny waist but u still need to have a complementary workout or exercise for your active metabolism.... You can't just depends on stomach vacuums for having a tiny waist... Also when I say workout it can be anything dance any sport you like ..... And lastly it depends upon your body how much time it takes to get slim or show improvements so you have to stay patient you have no other option....

I danced did cycling and tried a few workouts according to my mood just like that but one thing just focusing on weightloss of a specific part may take a lot of time it's often better to reduce entire weight and then focus on something particular like do an extra work out for that and imbalanced eating doesn't help shit like I ate a lot less and drank too much water in hopes of weightloss and the fat almost immediately comes back also I had situations where my periods were too painful cause of that and also ended up vomiting and shit its just good to be patient also as soon as lock down was done I went for taekwondo and also basketball as of now so tht also do a lot of stuff. Best thing to remember during this journey is not to push yourself to be someone else just be a better version of yourself you are beautiful as you are and stay healthy✨🤍

You could try gaining muscle since it would make youre body appear more mass, maybe try blending up 1 banan, 1cup of berries(anytipe for youre flavor), spinich a hand full, i think 1 or 2 boild chiken breasts without sald or any seasoning. Drink it extra for a week and you should build up some mass ;]

To the people who say everyone has different body types, love yourself. I agree, you should love yourself but you can always get thinner, look better

You are probably not gonna have a waist like Lisa even tho you do this but it's completely ok. Our body structures are different and no one is actually ugly don't feel bad if your waist doesn't look like hers.
This is not at all away to get a flatter stomach just another exercise that doesn't work that's going to make the people doing it feel like they're worthless and doing something wrong. That's not how you get a flat stomach, most people don't have flat stomachs, and regardless of how thin you are most people's stomachs aren't going to be flat anyways. Your body is literally designed to be round and store fat better than any other animal on this planet. If you want a flat stomach make sure that's something you genuinely want for yourself and not something being pushed on to you by social media and idols. There's nothing wrong about losing weight and wanting to change your body but make sure you do it from a genuine place. And I say that because idle culture perpetuates so many body image issues to specifically young girls

The only difference was me finding some definition in my waist. It gave shape to it but I didn't notice being flatter necessarily. I recommend it though! Literally can do it in bed laying down 3 times lol, relaxing anyway in some ways

Most importantly, it's about genetics (more specifically your natural body proportions). If you're at a healthy weight, doing this would help maybe but only a little, you shouldn't expect a huge decrease.
Some people are naturally very tiny in that area compared to others, hence why it's more about proportions. Also, some people are naturally plus size, so even if they're at a healthy weight, their waist would probably measure greater than most other people, and that's perfectly fine, because we all have different body shapes / proportions. Lisa is naturally very slender overall, so it totally makes sense why she has such a small waist, and on top of that she takes care of her diet and workouts regularly too.
I'll say this too, you can have a 20 inch waist for example and still not appear very curvy, because like I said, it's all about proportions. On the contrary, someone who's got a 28 inch waist can appear curvier because they might comparatively be wider in their bust and hip areas. Of course all body types are beautiful in
Finally from what I've seen, this technique doesn't really work for some people, but give it a try nonetheless, and in addition if you wanna look curvier, then maybe couple this with some side hip exercises and maybe some chest ones too. Also avoid going for exercises targeting your obliques because they would make your waist appear wider. That's all I know lol!
nah, i don't personally like her body type or any other Kpop idols. saw some girl yesterday, her body type is what i aim to be like. toned with a flat stomach, a fuller chest and a bubble butt 🥲💔
everyone also please remember that even though this might be effective, you have to be willing to do more. if you really want a healthier looking body you might have to change your diet and making it a healthy one you're gonna have for a life time instead of staying inconsistent/ starving yourself for a month but going back to your old ways. remember its 80 percent diet and 20 percent working out (which is probably a miracle for all those who don't like working out lol). if you live in a family where they force you to eat a lot, you might have to do cardio/ intense workout to burn it off, but just remember, its not gonna be easy, but it will be worth it. don't give up even if you keep failing! i believe in you all.

@@saravanansaravanan2529 Breathe out until no air is left in your lunges, you should feel how much your muscles got flexed. Than stay in that position while breathing lightly for one minute. At least this is what I think she does...

Bro i have been doing this ever since i was a child (always been insecure cause my stomach was weirdly large as compare to my other body parts)...and now i am an hourglass cause my waist doesn't store fat in it anymore...and yeah!! When i say i always did it i mean it, i was always sucking my stomach in at school since kinder garden...
For the past couple years I frequently sucked in my stomach every single day and I just do it when I’m out in public like I don’t even mean to do it now and my stomach hasn’t changed

It actually depends on your body. This exercise is recommended for adequately skinny persons. If too skinny that's hopeless so we need to put on a bit of meat to make the hips and boobs larger to contrast a small waist. If u are on the bigger side u need to shed some meat and then do this waist trimming thing in the shorts. If already adequately skinny and the exercise did not help, then u are a hopeless case.
You don't need to do this you are perfect just the way you are😁
