Thanks for watching! I am looking forward to getting it out and riding. I'm also very confident that this is going to be a huge step forward for the Talon.

Hey Terry, Appreciate the info you are sharing. I purchased a set of Bandit springs for my talon x and love them too. So much smoother and very affordable. Looking forward to getting the full shock package in the future as where we ride in North East Tennessee and Southern Kentucky is similar to North West Arkansas. Rough, rocky and tight. I grew up there riding ATVs in the Ozarks and can relate. Anyway, I will keep checking back to see your follow-up.

I use a strap wrench with a piece of rubber wrapped around the spring to adjust preload if that helps.

Thanks. I didn't have much issue turning the springs but could not get the adjusting juts to spin with the spring. Could have used an extra hand or 3. :)

Terry as always love your builds and years os shop knowledge, How much better are these after riding? Compared to stock and tender added and whole spring set.

Thanks for watching! A big step up from the full spring kit. Still messing with adjustments but overall I am very impressed with the shocks. Will have some ride and review video coming soon.

I have been looking at the Talon X since they came out since I am limited to 64 inch models. Anyways, harsh ride reviews really put me off a bit, but not enough for me to run out and buy a Polaris or Can-Am. I was holding out in hopes that the aftermarket would correct most of the ride issues. Would you say the spring(s) upgrade alone was enough to make the ride plush? I am not as old as you, but I am getting up there and want to take care of my back. All my riding would be in the woods, railroad trails, and some rock trails. Thanks.

The full spring kit was a huge improvement. The shocks are another step forward but we were really impressed with the spring kit. Definitely need to do the nitrogen caps if doing the spring kit only.

Terry bandit utv is a couple mile down the road from me, like 3 miles and I contacted them to see if they wanted to use my Talen 1000X for a video after I would buy their shocks and drop it off for them to test and record , you know drop off and hopefully get back my rig with them installed and they got their video to sell more. I was really surprised when they didn't reply . Oh well , please show a video with those results...

@@johnkaminski646 Only out once. The shocks worked very well. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed. Stuck in the fab shop most of the winter getting other stuff done. Supposed to pick it up next week so much more to come soon.

Hey Mike. The shocks have been amazing. No issues at all and the ride is incredible. I was not expecting them to be this much better that the spring kits with all the work on the stock shocks but they are.

I assume you are asking about the stainless bolts with anodized washers. Here's the link from Amazon. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V3HCVCY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

There is a contact page on their website. You can also message them on Facebook. FB messenger is what I've used in the past with good success.
