After a full day of technical trail/mud riding, the gas shocks defiantly improve ride quality, articulation, stability, and traction! #hondatalon www.amazon.com...
I wondering what would happen if you did one shock on one side vs both shocks push all the way out on both sides The other side would have factory solid rod.
On my talon I have a sway bar that can attach and detach by just pulling cotter pin... On road I run sway bar... Climbing and flexing I unhook....it made a huge difference
Thank you for the idea! We implemented your shock install on a Honda Talon X4 for a ride we have coming up this weekend. We gave you credit many times on our video and borrowed a couple clips of you. If you don't like it I can take it down and redo it. I also linked to this video in the show notes. ua-cam.com/video/ltHAlrGRdaM/v-deo.html

That's also not a bad idea! Thanks for commenting brother!
I haven't seen anyone else doing this... cool! Thank you for posting. Us talon ppl are a small crowd apparently.
Yes sir! Thanks for watching!
So your glad you added these? I just got mine in today. Mounting tomorrow
Yes I am. I’m pleased with them!

Yes! Would like to know what shock you ordered off of Amazon please!
Thanks
I just added the link!
How are these shocks holding up? Have you noticed a big difference rock crawling too?
is it easy to install?? just take off and put this on?? like I'm not a mechanic lol!
Could you put the info on the shocks in the comments?
I just added the link!
Looking for the Amazon link also. Looks like great idea
Link is in the description under the video!
So how did the shocks work out on the rear of your talon
Did you try one shock only
So how do you like the ride with the shocks on the sway bar? Seem better cruising on roads and on the trail? Let me know!
After several rides, it’s definitely an improvement in ride quality and more articulation!
Why type of drill bit did you use for hardened steel?
Nothing special, metal didn’t seem especially hard. Just had to oversized it a little bit.
@@mudbanditoffroad6643 Did you have to drill out the sway bar too? Thanks
Swing Arm, sorry!!
He doesn't want us knowing what shock he put on.
The link is in the description man
@@mudbanditoffroad6643 sorry
