In South Spain in winter it's like Swedish spring 16-20 degrees Celsius :)

It all looks amazing, tho i usually bloat so badly if i have that kinf of breakfast.
Do you have any ideea why that might happen?
Besides that i have a huge curiosity, do you have/wear invisalign?
Hm there can be a lot of reasons why we bloat.. one thing could be that your gut isn’t adapted enough yet for that amount of fiber. Or underlying causes that you may need to look up. When I transitioned 5 yrs ago I wouldn’t also bloat but I came from a very carb poor diet. Woul recommend reading @theguthealthmd (on Instagram) Fiber Fueled book about gut health, it’s a real life changer! 💕
And yes I have Invisalign 😃 week 10 now. Not wearing them on camera every moments but I have those attachments on my teeth
