It's a tremendous responsibility to find quietness in the heart when it does not exist in the mind.
Same😢
@@CalvinHikesyou have tinnitus?
I know you guys don't really care about this, but this is a pretty well known scam in the tinnitus community, with a massive marketing budget. You should have covered Susan Shore's tinnitus device, it actually works and doesn't make tinnitus worse.
Oh I care. Please tell me in what way it is a scam? Isnt the method of treatment quite similar to the michigan device, bi-stimulation. neuromod uses mouth, michigan uses neck. it might not have the proper research, but if michigan device is effective how would this hold no credibility? What you guys need to do is actually produce or get hold of michigan device. the manufacturer is known. and then start testing privately. I will assist if I can help.
@@alexanderher7692 researchers have discovered that tinnitus originates in the dorsal cochlear nucleus in the brainstem. The Susan shore device Calms down these fusiform cells where they are generated.
On the other hand, linear just overstimulates the rest of the brain so you can “mask” it better. They are completely different in the scientific approaches.
@@alexanderher7692 do your homework....omg
Lenire targets electrical stimulation of the Trigeminal Nerve allied with Sound Therapy. It has never had a placebo controlled trial and it simply does not work.
Susan Shore has extensively researched Tinnitus for decades and has published many many papers. Her device targets a physiological cause of Tinnitus. It is designed to calm the hyperexcitability in the Dorsal Cochlear Nucleus, targeting in particular Fusiform Cells.

Hearing aids cost me 2,500 for one. I brought 2 for cost 5,000.00 out my pocket plus credit card. It not scam new tinnitus device cost 250.00.
I got invited by a local clinic to get the treatment. They wanted me to pay $250 to attend a seminar to learn more about the device. Seems like a scam.
Because it is.

@GMA Please read the other few comments. When appropriate and it's available, you also need to cover Susan Shore/University of Michigan Device. Testing for Dr. Shore's device was more rigorous and not rushed.

Luckily, I can sleep because I use two box fans as white noise they are a lifesaver. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from tinnitus.

Have had it for 6 years. You will get use to it with time. Theres no denying how much it sucks though
I've had it for 3 years and some days I find it hard to cope and cry in my sleep I hope one day people find a cure, I just want to hear silence again 😓
@@JacobCorachea-gp9hzHad it since I was 11 now I'll be 17 (at Nov) don't really remember how silence feels doctors at my country are also not very aware of this so had multiple checkup done to know what was causing this just for them to say try masking this with sound while sleeping some days just wanted to stab my ears and never hear anything finally got used to it after finding how others cope with it. Thanks for sharing your stories

Czy znasz kogoś komu urządzenia Susan shore pomogło?
Has anyone tried this? Does it work? A cousin of mine killed herself because she couldn’t bear living with this condition anymore, it was driving her crazy!! I wish someone could have helped her. She was only 56 😭😭😭😭
I"m so sorry for you. May God take care over her tortured soul.

@@mouhaahaahaa its human defections. We have all kinds of imperfections. Some people are gay. Some people have ADHD or are transgender, and some people have cancer.
Tinnitus is very difficult. It takes so much to get through some days. Over time, it can get better. There is hope. ❤️
GMA you've missed a potentially interesting story here. Lenire has pivoted from being an actual tinnitus treatment to (somehow) making tinnitus still be present but "less bothersome" (whatever that means). It doesn't work. Worringly, there are a number of reports of it making tinnitus WORSE for a cohort of people that is by no means small. The underlying science is sound, but Neuromod has made a lemon in a rush to get to market first. The CSO (Hubert Lim) conducted a very promising study into bimodal stimulation at UMINN but he joined Neuromod far too late. Serious questions need to be asked about the FDA approval. A similar device arising out of more rigorous studies at the University of Michigan led by Susan Shore is far more promising. That device will actually treat tinnitus and should be the subject of an FDA application soon. The worry tinnitus sufferers have is that the failure of Lenire will tar all subsequent devices with the same brush and set-back the development of poorly needed therapies. The FDA should seriously consider revoking Neuromod's approval.
I’m praying 🙏 Dr. Susan Shore’s device is approved and makes it to the market SOON.

By no stretch of the imagination is the underlying science "sound"...
You cannot achive the type of electrical brain stimuli they are alluding to through the tounge..
Should be late this year or more likely 2025
@@joeylodeszatwierdzone??
Is it available in India?
I have this especially in my right ear. Usually, I can ignore it pretty well even though when I notice it, it is quite loud. I wish I didnt have this condition though. This is great news and gives me hope!😊
Where they sell this device?
I just completed my 12 week, $4000 program and now my tinnitus is WORSE than ever.
This may work for you, but don’t be shocked if this devise actually damages your tinnitus!
I had this issue 3 times, i get ringing but i always could manage it when both my ears were at 100%, i was cleaning my ears like i do after a shower and suddenly the sound just cut off in my ear, now the ringing won't stop.

I would look into Dr Susan Shore’s device which I’ve read will be submitting for FDA approval this first quarter of 2024. Much better studies back it up as well.
@@joeylodes The number of comments here about Dr. Shore are very suspicious.
I wonder if this could help treat ppl with misophonia by training our brains not to pay attention to the sounds? My tinnitus isnt really bad yet but I'm also causing it by how I remedy my thought control

Good Morning America, please, please, please, stop promoting devises that are not being proved to heal any conditions and that could be harmful to people, it seams that you have been paid for advertisements
Its a sham. They only treat people whose tinnitus would be temporary only. They screen out other cases, sham.
I would rather listen to my UA-cam therapy sounds with my headphone and place a 9V battery

If you give tinnitus 100% in your attention, it will drive you crazy. The only relief I get is when I put my AirPods in.
Susan shore
I blame 5g cell towers.
Hey brother do you think it is possible since all of this 5g technology that it maybe the real cause my friend has a solid 5ft walls thick concrete basment when I go down their it seems to lower my T quite a bit the second I go out again it’s like wavelength I didn’t have these issues till all these 5g towers appeared tbh
