Are those quarter bridge strain gauges in this problem or it does not matter ?

Those strain gages are used for measuring strain in n and t directions from which the internal pressure should be determined

How do you plug your values into your calculator for the strains? I can't seem to get the same answers

Here is the calculation
Strain = pr/2tE(1-2v) = 305/(2*3*70000)*(1-2*.33)=0.000247p epsilon= 247 micro epsilon.
