Yes can relate. Life went downhill ever since I was 11. So with 10-11 that was my peak. At least until now. Because I'm moving with high speed and force towards my prime in 20s. Never forget that you are not behind the curve. You are in many ways ahead of it. Because rising up is not as important as being able to get up after you have been pushed over and over. Peace 🕊️

Brilliant reflection and breakdown of contextualising of your life. I would add that you have too many choices on occupational directions. Occupations are NOT like sport training. There is rarely significant rewards (besides getting paid) or meaningful interactions with others (besides "where are your TPS reports").
I'd direct you to look into what can you put up with doing for 20 years? And keep in mind what ever is the reason for you to get into an occupation, that is probably less than 20% of what you will be doing. Like many people become doctors because they like helping people but between the paperwork and managing a staff at the practice, only about 10% is talking to people. Work is messy and life is messy and for most of humanity, keeping that mess out of your home was the goal of a man's life. Good luck on finding YOUR answers.

Releatable. Ages 10-15 was the peak of mine. I was by far the best player on my team during this period but when I stopped playing… nothing could replace the void left by that fookin sport dude

I watched your film and I can see that you are a sensitive and wise man despite your young age, so I am writing a comment out of kindness.
You are making the same mistake as many others. You want to be the best, but sports are very competitive, where everyone wants to be better than others. You were eliminated from organized sports and you broke down. You chose football (soccer), where the competition is huge, probably the biggest in the world, which only accelerated your defeat. If you like football, then simply find an amateur team or people who would also like to play football and play for fun, not for the result, or try another sport. You are still young, you are developing, and you can certainly play sports and achieve successes to your liking, even in the form of good fitness and health. And please, do not even think about any pseudo-pleasures, such as alcohol and drugs, because that is a quick path to failure and death. Doctors say that movement is necessary for a person to maintain health, so do not give up sports, but play them for yourself and to the best of your abilities but not for professional achievements. You can also try other activities, intellectual or cultural, combining them with sports or simply physical recreation.
I had it worse, because I was not good at playing football, basketball, handball and volleyball at all and my peers did not want to play with me. For this reason, my playing was limited only to what was in PE during school and nothing else. As a result, I did not have enough exercise, especially after finishing my education, which probably caused quite serious health problems after years. My cardiologist recommended brisk walking, but because I have back pain when walking, he suggested cycling in spring and summer and swimming in autumn and winter, to which I agreed. I am already over 50 and do not have much strength anymore, but I try to do it with the intensity adjusted to my abilities.
Remember that there will always be someone better than you and you will probably not make it to the elite, like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Thierry Henry, or (from my country) Robert Lewandowski. So keep your head up and play sports for your health, not for the result.
    Greetings from Poland!

I tried out for football (American) and I was on the team but after 2-3 weeks I quit because every day I had to practice for 2-3 hours EACH DAY and no breaks. I also had to do 2 hours worth of homework and my “teammates” made fun of me for being short, even one of the coaches made fun of me. It was too much for me and I am not even in a good place right now because I have depression and anxiety and I have thought about quitting everything but I got through those and I’m still stressed.
