My friend brought me a piece of lemon fudge with a strong lemon flavor. She asked if I could make it. Lemon flavoring would just not do it. The only thing I could think of was KoolAide. It worked so well. Just for fun I added it to divinity fudge this year. That worked well too. It works in angel food cakes also. Thanks for spreading the word that Kool Aide will flavor things easily. I haven't tried orange yet. Sounds like a good project for this afternoon.
It of course was delicious. I didn't think of Kool Aide until a year ago. I am so glad you are spreading the word and others will find out what a Kool trick it is.@@tablesidewithfirebride7927
I tried the kool aid fudge with the orange jello added & it was inedible ! Now I’ll have to re-melt it with another 2 lbs of white chips & hope it dilutes the orange enough for it to be edible.
If you only put the Koolade in half the fudge and dolloped it into the pan and swirled it with a buttered knife you would get swirls and not have it look like velvetta cheese.

You could mix only half with the koolaid and swirl the two colors to make two tone creamsicle
That’s a good idea!
Watermelon would be fun in the summer.
I was thinking that too!
