Was interested in the Pattern treatment esp since we have a similar hair texture and color.
Real talk: these videos are so relaxing; it’s goals for sure. My time w/ my hair is completely different. All the work it takes to do my hair and thennnnn all the baby curls you find all around the bathroom even days later. I don’t care how you think you’ve cleaned them all up! It is like a crime scene. So these videos are a happy escape.
Washing my natural hair takes sooo much, but watching your video gave me the motivation I needed to just go ahead and do it. So thank you 😊! And your hair is so beautiful, and I definitely see the growth! 🙌🏽

Yessss curl TLC! I just filmed a wash and go yesterday and raking the product through section by section makes a huuugge difference! Thus video is sooooo nice, like a spa informational video. Very relaxing lol. I also want to delete my video and go back to the drawing board 😂😂😂

Does your hair crave protein? Quite a lot of protein in this routine, I am always looking for hard protein products but most ppl seem to prefer balanced or moisture dominant products!
My hair loves protein. It’s pretty weak in general because the strands are so fine, so I always need a little reinforcement. I like to add moisture during the week, though.

How did you get your curls to loosen up? I know you used to have a lot of shrinkage like me :)

Deep conditioning weekly and hair growth can effect the way your curls look because of the “weight”
Yes! Im assuming the color, my hair was almost identical to Jaleesa’s, along with the shrinkage. When I use to color it, the curls would loosen up. Also, heat damage, as she mentioned plays a huge part.
