I have bought a new dishwasher vs plus ifb. And when the installation engineer came, he unboxed it and saw that the lock of thr dishwasher was broken from the beginning. They suggested us to repair the lock as the rest of the machine was ok. So my question is,, is it worth repairing the lock or should I replace it with a whole new machine.??? Sir please please say. Emergency!
Better ask the dealer to replace the machine or repair the lock if replacement will take time. Raise the issue with ifb on twitter if dealer is creating any issue.
Tell the dealer that ifb installation enginner unboxed the mahine, so any manafacturing defect revealed after unboxing will be done by machine replacement only. As its manafacturing or transportation defect, so u r not responsible for it.

In this video u didn't add water, but just now our technician added Water yesterday only we brought from that time onwards facing problem with it one will come & say this is not correct & other will say that process is not correct
@@shanmugapriyarajasekaran2274 TDS very high. No setting to be done for salt & rinse aid. You just need to fill salt & rinse aid. It will last for 45 days.
We should add water & salt or only salt technician added Water and we asked him if we add water means salt gets dissolved he said no up-to 1 month it comes

Send technicians with proper knowledge about products one person comes and say in one manner & the other person comes & says in another manner now you are showing demo na it is completely different from the technican whom we should follow

No error just it gets off completely again when we press on button it starts continuing from there

What happens if power goes in the middle of the cleaning?
It will automatically restarts from where it had stopped.
When the program completely ends, any buzzer or beep sounds indicating us to switch off?
No. The machine stops but power remains on. U can switch off later.

Yes. Salts are added in dishwasher to soften the water.

It’s standard for all dishwasher. Big utensils will not accommodate. No problem for Medium size utensils.

No... Have to purchase it seperately or the installation person will bring with him, you can purchase it from him too.
Apka kitne plates ka he 12 plates me 5 ltr cooker a sakta he?
Haan 12 plates hai. 5 litre cooker nahi aayega. 3.5 Litre ka aayega... don’t use aluminium cooker... use steel cooker.
What level should be salt and rinse aid
Whenever alarm comes for salt or rinse aid I do top up

No. U have to keep ready inlet water point connection & electrical connection before IFB person comes. He will only connect the machine & give demo.

My dishwasher Neptune sx1 the milk pot and tea pot not cleaned well and dishes are white filmy not shining
Kindly scrub once the tea & milk pot if at the bottom of the pot layer has formed. Use finish detergent, IFB Salt & Arnigo rinse aid.

First time we need to add water and salt.but after that in future when u refill salt no need to add water.
@@pawantube37 we are using super 50 to 60 but at starting at 50 water is coming outside and after 2 min it takes inside what would be the problem

Yesterday night installation completed today morning we kept utensils in machine with in 5 min it stopped we are trying but it didn't on
