Medam there is a water collection in filter .. I removed filter to check and there is a water collection inside.. is this normal .. or it is a problem

Does it start automatically from where it stopped in case of power cuts?
I used to pay 2k to maid for 2 members for cleaning home,bowls clean but she will took 5 days leave in a month i fed up with...after doing lot of research over 1 year i decided to buy this . One week back i ordered this in Flipkart big million sale 2022 cost 30k. but i received damaged product so i returned the product and placed another order received product without any damage. Tomorrow i have scheduled installation will see how it works.

I have the same dishwasher , have been using since 6 months now
You have to rinse the dishes before keeping them in the dishwasher , and take out any residue or food particles from the utensils
No need to use soap , just a quick rinse with water.
Otherwise if you just keep them directly after using , they remain dirty .
This is what I experienced at the start.
Overall it's a good machine.
But i would've been happier if i didn't have to rinse .. double the job n more water wastage.

I have recently purchased Neptune VX. However noted few observations. For my first wash I chose super 50. However on completion of programme , there was lot of froth over the utensils, especially at d base of machine. IFB technician told to do pre rinse but to no avail. During my second set of washing again same problem being faced. Utensils are not even completely dry. Another observation is that whenever programme is over the detergent cover is found in open state. Technician said this is norma and suppose to happen this way only. Third and last although all programme are working fine but I find little mis alignment of cover. Kindly clear d doubts.
Reduce detergent and Rinse Aid settings, it will bring you good results. For shorter cycles, use detergent, not the tablet. Tablet does not get consumed in shorter cycles, leaving milky stains and froth. For best results, use longer cycles. Try these suggestions. if still you face problem, let me know.
Exactly same experience with Bosch dishwasher. Rather worse. Wash a tea pan and everything is ruined. Very bad filtration. Bosch is the worst dishwasher in India.
I have also used the same option for wash for I am still getting white patches on my plates not on anything why so ?

LG is the best dishwasher. It i 14 place setting dishwasher unlike other dishwashers which are 12 place dishwashers. We have been using LG dishwasher for last 8 months and it is fabulous.
Hi i have taken same dish washer can u tell me how much dry ur utensils get after washing is it 50 percent or 80 percent.... Because mine remains wet after even putting it on extra dry mode

I purchased a brand new IFB neptune VX 12 place setting model about a month back, it worked fine for the first 15 to 20 days but then started showing frequent F5 error and once the error comes it stops totally & I have to start all again. I have also noted that the dishwasher feels jammed while running particularly when it sucks & drains water & it really behaves haywire, sometimes while its running the lights from my house start flickering. I definitely feel that there is something abnormal with the machine, it also skips dry mode in super 50 program at times. I have contacted the customer service but not satisfied with their service, I think that even they don't have the solution for this. I definitely suspect some manufacturing defect in the machine itself as I use the machine with proper guidelines but still face the issue. Has anyone experienced such issues?? Kindly reply as this dishwasher has literally frustrated me now....

I'm using ifb dishwasher from last 1 month. I have used finish tablets and the result are good. But yesterday technician came for demo and as our water is very hard so he fitted water softener and add salt and rinse aid. But yesterday wash utensils are not cleaned properly and white residue us there in almost all utensils. Can u pla let me know what to do in thai case
No dishwasher requires Water Softener as every dishwasher has inbuilt water softener. The compartment, where you fill the salt is the water softener. Better buy a TDS meter from Amazon. It costs only Rs. 200/- Test your TDS, it should not be more than 500. TDS till 890 is treatable by the inbuilt water softener of dishwasher. If you can tell me the duration of the cycle, I can advise you as to how to get rid of white residue.
@@AtulKumar-sw6fc our tds is 900 I guess n technician installed water softener and set setting of salt at 4 and rinse aid at 3.i generally select daily wash which takes around 1 hour 20 minutes. M using ifb detergent.
@@amrutashirod496 JI, How did you learn that the TDS level is 900. The government has prescribed that the TDS should not exceed 500. If the water hardness has not been properly tested, excess salt also poses problems. As you have been burdened unnecessarily with a water softener, a salt setting of 4 is very high. Your 1.20 minute cycle means that you are using a medium cycle, which is an excellent cycle. You may kindly use same cycle with salt setting at 1 or 2. Place 6 or 8 grams of detergent (or half tablet) in the detergent compartment. I believe you should have an excellent wash cycle. As said earlier, water softener is an unnecessarily burden. Anyways, it will cut down your expenditure on salt. Kindly revert back with results.

@@amrutashirod496 Normally 2 setting should do. Rinse aid is basically used for fast removal of water from the utensils. It also gives shine to your utensils. If needed, it can be raised to 3.

I m using this almost last one year...i had one time door locking problem....cleaning is good ...but the problem is during vessel wash ,if i give extra cleaning option vapours coming out ....i dont know its normal or not
No, it is not normal, contact your dealer/company with registered post and also contact telephonically and personally, before it goes out of warranty.

Hi ...I am a bachelor living alone in Mumbai...no maids during lockdown...question is how much work or cleaning of utensils is involved before keeping them in dishwasher for cleaning?...what if i keep dirty utensils directly in dishwasher after just removing major chunks of leftover food from plates/bowls........u said in video that in that case utensils will be cleaned but machine will be spoiled...pls explain in detail...do we need to clean machine or any of its parts every month or so.?..or is it convenient like fully automatic washing machine which washes clothes?I just put dirty clothes in washing machine,i put detergent and push start button and forget it..it requires no maintenance or cleaning of parts since years...is dishwasher also similar?or additional things to do?these questions r a major worry for all indians...thnks
Hey that’s a very good question if you place dirty dishes in the dishwasher your drain system will block very soon
it’s better to take out all the dirt under the water and then place it inside the dishwasher. Washing machine is completely different because we have dry cloth and doesn’t have any particles which is going to stick in the drain.

@@UnboxingtheTrendz Thnks....you said "drain system will block" ...is it serious problem?i think u have filter in dishwasher which is shown in above video too...if that blocks and if i clean it once every 3-4 days,then No Problem?...or by "Drain System" u mean my plumbing line itself will block which will b serious problem for which i will need to call plumber?.actually couple of dishwasher companies have shown in their videos that we do not need to pre-rinse utensils and they insist...though i get ur point that it is better to rinse utensils under running water as it takes only few seconds...but i m just considering an extreme case ...Secondly...I need a tap as inlet for a dishwasher as you showed in video ...do i need Nanhi Trap for outlet near dishwasher?what do i need for outlet?
@@arnoldsmith6622from the video I feel clearing the filter after 2-3 days also shud be fine.n u will get an idea once u start using it.i feel only removing the food chunks with a spoon into the bin also works n no rinsing before putting in the dishwasher.thats what most reviews say.i m also planning to place an order but will get after a month cos of waiting

What's the use when already one has to put utensils after cleaning and washing with water. Dishwasher should be like just put any dirty utensil and it should come out totally clean.
