hi there, i have a question not related to this video. i have a pair of JBL Tune 115tws. i can't seem to get the left earbud working. i reset them and still not getting anything. i dn't know if i'm doing anything wrong. it says that i need to pair both earpieces together according to the manual. but the manual doesn't show that. do you have any advise? thanks. rans here.
Sorry just seeing this comment! I might suggest letting the battery run out and then charging back up, I've found that doing that can reset and fix any issues like that. But hopefully at this point it has been fixed!
