Thanks again I've had a tailbone injection I've had 3 now over the years So had to rest for a while my eds have effective mu arms now so I can't lift my arms above ribs nightmare makes me even more mobile But I'm still doing your excersizes but a little with arms xxxxxxx

Wow. I thought - no way; this is going to be hokey. But no it was the real thing. As good as standing postures. I really enjoyed the challenge and feel quite refreshed. And love your smile; very encouraging!
