I use wet white towels to cover my fish. Colored towels in the sun will heat up. Nice catch but I bet your big Halibut had a hamburger face from your pedals hitting it every time you did a stroke .

I would just dunk the towels in the water every 10 minutes or so to keep em cold. I was working my way back to shore.

It’s just a plain ol’ bucktail and then run a soft plastic on the hook. I usually use a grub, a scampi, or a swimbait on the back.

Hook2Cook I just put the remote in my dry bag backpack. It’s a DJI mavic air.
