Definitely risky effort. There was a halt station ( Nagamalai) in MG era in west side of LC. This line is nearly 1.5 km from highway ( Nagamalai Pudukottai) with no frequent bus service. I am MV native person but went there for three times to take GC updates( walked all times). But you did another 1 km and climbed the grip less red mountain.

Wonderful! What a beautiful shot from the hilltop. Lovely view of the city in the background. Never saw a train raise that much dust before. The continuous honking was annoying..as if it's stuck:) beautiful capture. Thanks for your hard work.

The truth is our country is full of irresponsible careless negligent arrogant brainless idiots who walk on the track like it's a park , with earphones on , sit and booze on the tracks ( remember recently near Coimbatore 4 students were run over when boozing on the tracks ).
Tractors share autos and school vans cross unmanned railway gates without seeing approaching trains....the list is endless.
Let us learn to be responsible civic and social minded citizens..then no LP will sound the whistle and he won't become deaf.
Till then....we are like this only.
