Say what you will about Asmongold quitting Ffxiv but he enjoyed the fuck out of that game when he was playing it.

Dude his ffxiv streams pulled me one of the worst times in my life. I was nursing my father more than a year and his streams (he was playing ffxiv) really was the only thing I enjoyed through my day. I actually cried when his mother passed away and a month later my father also answered his calling. Mad respect the lad, it took me more than a year to stabilize my life and he was still streaming.
Just getting to shadowbringers would just be the most PEAK shit to ever happen.

Bro the Golden Saucer era was one of the most fun I had watching Asmon.
If he ever finishes the ten year arc I can die happy, though I’d settle for just Shadowbringers
It’s too bad because he said he did enjoy the story for most of what he played. Shadowbringers would have been fun to watch him play through.

This got me through Covid, I miss following the story and his reactions, it was great UA-cam content. I wish I got to see his reactions to Shadowbringers, that would have been funny as fuck.

I haven't played in a while but I'm geniunely upset he hasnt experienced Shadowbringers and Endwalker. Those were legit 2 of the best gaming experiences I've ever had and some of the most emotions I have felt from a game. If you know you know.
Bring me back to those glory days, these days where we all were sharing in the enjoyment of watching him experience the same thing we all did.
