@@EnesYilmazer What i really like is that, even though this house is really spatious, it does not lose the feeling of a homely cozy home. I see so many 10+ million dollar homes that are just huge empty spaces.

The Portuguese star is extremely close to his oldest brother, Hugo. He even saved his big brother's life! In 2014, Hugo was going through a very difficult period. Teetering on the edge, his day to day life was impacted by the alcohol and drugs he was taking. His life was clearly in danger. Not able to cope seeing his brother in such a state, CR7 decided to act. He made a deal with him, if he wins the Champions League, Hugo has to definitively give up alcohol and drugs. A huge challenge for the two men and an extra pressure for Cristiano, who wasn't just trying to win the competition for himself but for the good of his brother. But you know what Ronaldo does to pressure, he turns it into a form of motivation! That year, the Portuguese star won the Champions League with Real Madrid following an intense game against Atlético. At the end of the match, CR7 ran up to his brother and hugged him, whispering to him: "Now it's your turn." Hugo also kept his promise and no longer drinks alcohol or takes drugs. Watching these older videos, I must say you’ve already done a good job back then but what a transition to this years videos, such a perfectioning! 👌🏻🥰 So great!
This man can sell ice to an eskimo. I love how he pays attention to detail and elaborates on how small, particular details can benefit in major ways. Or he will open your eyes in other ways. For example, he pointed out the wooden cladding just above the outside of the sliding doors, underneath the balcony. He said, if they paid this much attention underneath the balcony, they really paid attention to the entire development. Eye opener. Which is great, because we sometimes tend to notice the important details when it's too late. This guy is great. His cameraman needs to remember to show us what's down low when he makes mention of and points out things that are out of the cameras view.
This house already feels like home. I love how it has the perfect amount of natural lighting even though it's not a glass house. Glass houses look elegant and expensive but I normally just think about the insects and flies that get inside when you open those glass partitions 😪 This house is lovely. I can picture myself living here.
Enes I love the fact that you explain details and features of the homes in a technical way. You really explain the build features of all the homes you show. You always take your time to explain. I love your passion and excitement. I appreciate your craft. Thank you for being you! GREAT HOME!!!!!

Wow, when I saw this house for the first time, I thought this thing costs 4-6 Mio$. But 2Mio $ is almost nothing for a house like this. Respect to the people who build this.
The transformation of this channel is mind blowing! From low quality surfing videos, confusing Real Estate videos to now filiming in countries like France and Dubai, seen in the recent videos. Soo proud of you and your team Enes.
this house actually seems really nice and live-able, others that are more expensive don’t seem like they’d be nice to live in but I really like this one.

What I really appreciate about your tours, is that you properly take the time to notice and point out all the details. So many others who do these online tours, just race through the videos and just highlight the craziest features. But with these houses, there are so many finer details (which is one of the reasons why they come with the price tag they do).

Enes I just started watching your channel, I love how you show and explain the details of the home. You have such a nice personality. This is the type of realtor you would want.
This house is so well done....It is modern without feeling like a soulless beige box....Hardwood floors bring more warmth than marble floors I find...well except bathrooms....bathrooms are just made for slabs of beautiful white marble with amazing steam showers and insane shower gadgets....That master closet was extremely well thought out......all in all I wouldnt hesitate to buy a house like this...I dont know much about the prices in that area or how walkable it is to do things but 2 mil seems like a price I wouldnt hesitate to pay
@@EnesYilmazer I dont doubt that...that is literally a home built to sell...great price point, design and well thought out touches..I would drink lemonade in that backyard every day
Impressive. Very well designed and priced right. I'm certain that this is the nicest house in the neighborhood. And that's the speculative aspect to this home. So from an investment perspective, not a sure thing, but not a bad bet. Regardless, buy the art you love. And I'm sure your buyer will enjoy this house.
Honestly I appreciate the explanation of the Valley compared to West LA at minute 12:04. As someone who doesn't live in LA but would like to get more perspective on different neighborhoods and districts, this paints a really detailed picture. I feel a lot of channels don't really capture or take the time to talk about that, so definitely appreciate it and hope you continue to include small bits of neighborhood details in your other vids! Thanks Enes Yilmazer!
I don't know, but this $2M house looks more comfortable and cozy than $50M or $100M++ house. I didn't say $100M+ house/mansion uncomfortable, i just think this house is perfect size for my personality. Not too much expensive uninportant stuff in this house, they just make it simple, functional but still minimalis. If one day i have $100M, i will buy this kind of house rather a big ass mansion instead. Just my opinion 😁
Big Smoke I agree somewhat. While this is a really nice house, if I could afford a 50 million dollar house, I need a little more. Make this house a bit bigger like 5 to 7k sq ft with a view!
I love this channel, it’s reminds of the old show “lifestyles of the rich and famous” but here we have more in-depth coverage and featuring eye candy Enes...thank you for this channel
recently subscribed.my favorite part about your videos its the amount of detail you show. most videos will show a huge mansion in about 6 min. which is not enough time to show a house .
I don't have any questions regard this, i just wanna say you have best personality and i really loves your attentions to details. And this stunning mansion freaks me out. Upload more content like that, Peace ✌🏻
Enes spells out every detail and takes his time, his buddy the cameraman is also cool, and the editing is smooth. Why is this channel not having a million subscribers yet? So much effort. Let's push this channel to that, (sharing, liking, subscribing, etc). It deserves it.
Why does this channel and this beautiful mansion has only a few views and likes it deserves at least 1.5 million views instead of 61k and I hope it will soon reach to it .
What great value & never lived in. Love the layout, finishes, modern, but some traditional touches. Neutral colors, a great kitchen (your right Enes, a must-have miele cappuccino machine) & a resort like backyard. Great showing.
Videos likes this really inspire me to better myself. Now what I mean by that is I can watch this video and see just how hard work and determination in a career can reward us. I would imagine the owners of homes like this are those who were willing to put in that little bit of extra effort that others were not.
I've watched lots of big house tours but this really caught my attention.. I love the entire house and how it was build to utilize all the spaces. It was really well thought of. And kudos to you for a very entertaining and informative tour, I don't have money but you make me wanna buy a house, lol.

Thank you so much!
I just had to make this comment:
when you have watched so many mansion tours that 2 million seems reasonable😅
lol
Are you indian
illusionary affordable 🤭
This home is only 2 mil cause of it's location. this same home in Atlanta would no more than 500,000$.
Its worth every penny, in fact its already in escrow. I thought it was one best homes for the price in Los Angeles!
@@EnesYilmazer I dont doubt that...that is literally a home built to sell...great price point, design and well thought out touches..I would drink lemonade in that backyard every day
Seriously 2 million!!😎😎
Way better than 2 million.
Agreed :)
Impressive. Very well designed and priced right. I'm certain that this is the nicest house in the neighborhood. And that's the speculative aspect to this home. So from an investment perspective, not a sure thing, but not a bad bet. Regardless, buy the art you love. And I'm sure your buyer will enjoy this house.
Never taught I’ll watch it till the end, good 23 minutes of my life
Thanks for watching
Honestly I appreciate the explanation of the Valley compared to West LA at minute 12:04. As someone who doesn't live in LA but would like to get more perspective on different neighborhoods and districts, this paints a really detailed picture. I feel a lot of channels don't really capture or take the time to talk about that, so definitely appreciate it and hope you continue to include small bits of neighborhood details in your other vids! Thanks Enes Yilmazer!
That’s a steal for JUST the amount of space. The location and the architecture is like the icing.
Agreed
we would love to see some more lesser budget house tours
Thanks for the input
Same!
Agreed
Big Smoke Agree. I feel like if i have that money it’s more worth it to but 2M that those 50M+ houses.
Big Smoke I agree somewhat. While this is a really nice house, if I could afford a 50 million dollar house, I need a little more. Make this house a bit bigger like 5 to 7k sq ft with a view!
The more expensive the house, the colder and uglier it is, in my opinion. You raise a family in this house. You avoid a family in a $50 million home.
I am glad you like our concept. We are all about details and showcasing these properties in real life!

I don't have any questions regard this, i just wanna say you have best personality and i really loves your attentions to details. And this stunning mansion freaks me out. Upload more content like that, Peace ✌🏻
Thank you so much Talib!
2mil and house is mine!!!!
Its a killer deal
Agreed
Thank you for having so much class in like including everyone in a positive way within the family.
That's really an amazing home for the price in L.A. you don't see that often, quite refreshing
Agreed!
Who else loves how he explains every single detail
The gold accents get me giddy inside, awesome kitchen!!
Kitchen is my favorite part
Enes spells out every detail and takes his time, his buddy the cameraman is also cool, and the editing is smooth. Why is this channel not having a million subscribers yet?
So much effort. Let's push this channel to that, (sharing, liking, subscribing, etc). It deserves it.
Beautiful home. ❤️
Looking at these houses motivates me to get one of these houses lol 😍
Especially for my mom. She deserves everything
You can do it!
Why does this channel and this beautiful mansion has only a few views and likes it deserves at least 1.5 million views instead of 61k and I hope it will soon reach to it .
We trying to get there! Thanks for the support!
Really like the Sherman Oaks house. Well done Gentleman.
Thank you!!!
What great value & never lived in. Love the layout, finishes, modern, but some traditional touches. Neutral colors, a great kitchen (your right Enes, a must-have miele cappuccino machine) & a resort like backyard. Great showing.

This is the first house I've seen you tour that the outside furniture will not get wet when it rains.
All the outdoor furniture is waterproof
@@EnesYilmazer Oooh ok
@@EnesYilmazer cool
Its a very beautiful house ❤️
Love that kitchen window connected to backyard pool idea!
That’s a nice home for 2 million
I agree
Videos likes this really inspire me to better myself. Now what I mean by that is I can watch this video and see just how hard work and determination in a career can reward us. I would imagine the owners of homes like this are those who were willing to put in that little bit of extra effort that others were not.
I've watched lots of big house tours but this really caught my attention.. I love the entire house and how it was build to utilize all the spaces. It was really well thought of. And kudos to you for a very entertaining and informative tour, I don't have money but you make me wanna buy a house, lol.
Glad you liked it!
Beautiful home in Sherman Oaks! We are loving your attention to detail throughout the property 👌
Thank you!!!
can we admire how he talks to the cameramen as well!? like not all people do that!
Mikey, your camerawork is always perfect!
