      "If I win the Champions League, you stop alcohol and drugs!"
      As well as being one of the greatest footballers in history. Cristiano Ronaldo puts a lot of importance on his family. The Portuguese star is extremely close to his oldest brother, Hugo. He even saved his big brother's life!
      In 2014, Hugo was going through a very difficult period. Teetering on the edge, his day to day life was impacted by the alcohol and drugs he was taking. His life was clearly in danger.
      Not able to cope seeing his brother in such a state, CR7 decided to act. He made a deal with him, if he wins the Champions League, Hugo has to definitively give up alcohol and drugs. A huge challenge for the two men and an extra pressure for Cristiano, who wasn't just trying to win the competition for himself but for the good of his brother.
      But you know what Ronaldo does to pressure, he turns it into a form of motivation! That year, the Portuguese star won the Champions League with Real Madrid following an intense game against Atlético. At the end of the match, CR7 ran up to his brother and hugged him, whispering to him: "Now it's your turn."
      Hugo also kept his promise and no longer drinks alcohol or takes drugs. His brother even paid for his treatment. On that day, the younger brother became an inspiration for his older brother.

    This man can sell ice to an eskimo. I love how he pays attention to detail and elaborates on how small, particular details can benefit in major ways. Or he will open your eyes in other ways. For example, he pointed out the wooden cladding just above the outside of the sliding doors, underneath the balcony. He said, if they paid this much attention underneath the balcony, they really paid attention to the entire development. Eye opener. Which is great, because we sometimes tend to notice the important details when it's too late. This guy is great. His cameraman needs to remember to show us what's down low when he makes mention of and points out things that are out of the cameras view.

    This house is so well done....It is modern without feeling like a soulless beige box....Hardwood floors bring more warmth than marble floors I find...well except bathrooms....bathrooms are just made for slabs of beautiful white marble with amazing steam showers and insane shower gadgets....That master closet was extremely well thought out......all in all I wouldnt hesitate to buy a house like this...I dont know much about the prices in that area or how walkable it is to do things but 2 mil seems like a price I wouldnt hesitate to pay

      Impressive. Very well designed and priced right. I'm certain that this is the nicest house in the neighborhood. And that's the speculative aspect to this home. So from an investment perspective, not a sure thing, but not a bad bet. Regardless, buy the art you love. And I'm sure your buyer will enjoy this house.

    Honestly I appreciate the explanation of the Valley compared to West LA at minute 12:04. As someone who doesn't live in LA but would like to get more perspective on different neighborhoods and districts, this paints a really detailed picture. I feel a lot of channels don't really capture or take the time to talk about that, so definitely appreciate it and hope you continue to include small bits of neighborhood details in your other vids! Thanks Enes Yilmazer!

    I don't know, but this $2M house looks more comfortable and cozy than $50M or $100M++ house. I didn't say $100M+ house/mansion uncomfortable, i just think this house is perfect size for my personality. Not too much expensive uninportant stuff in this house, they just make it simple, functional but still minimalis. If one day i have $100M, i will buy this kind of house rather a big ass mansion instead. Just my opinion 😁

    • @Aggie4life77

      Big Smoke I agree somewhat. While this is a really nice house, if I could afford a 50 million dollar house, I need a little more. Make this house a bit bigger like 5 to 7k sq ft with a view!

    • @hothotheat3000
      @hothotheat3000 4 роки тому

      The more expensive the house, the colder and uglier it is, in my opinion. You raise a family in this house. You avoid a family in a $50 million home.
