Read the details like: "how is the second house bigger than the first?"... then wow. Also the connection between the structures...wow. That took a lot of planning and design. Great showing and happy belated birthday Enes!
You've been filming a lot of wonderful mansions in the state of California, but the problem is that these mansions are in California when they should be in Florida or Texas or another state. That's because the state of California is dominated by left-wing politicians and worse, it's the land of Nancy Pelosi, and where there are left-wing politicians, homeless people and drug addicts are privileged, not working people and good families. . That's why everybody's leaving, nobody wants to live in California anymore.

By far the coolest home you’ve toured. Most of the “Beverly Hills” houses we see are amazing. But they don’t feel like a home. They feel more like a statement of how much money you have. I certainly wouldn’t want to raise a kid in those types of homes. But this place, wow, what a beautiful space and how awesome would it be to grow up at this house.
The Knoll House mansion is EVERYTHING. I love the traditional flare, the fireplaces, the separate rooms like the living and dining the library the pub. The primary bedroom and the bathrooms are just leaving me speechless they are perfect. The neutral colors are sleek and bright. That staircase, the kitchen is breathtaking and classic. The outdoor living spaces and landscaping are so picturesque. The bunker building is one of a kind. I could have watched an hour and a half video on this property easily, I wanted it to go on and on (I know you don't have the time). Well, Enes, Mikey I'm so glad you all presented this property. Sensational craftsmanship. It's my fav it's fantabulous!
I still think you should have done a full tour, even if it is an hour it doesn't matter. You could either do a two part video or one big video. Something you should have done with the one. This looks like a unique house, that underground bunker was something different and great that I'm surprised other homes in LA haven't done with all that lot space they have

Wow, stunning place, the driveway leading up to the house is a mural in itself, great work guys as always, great to see you do what you do best, keep it up !!!
This one really is a jewel among all the houses you have showned us, but because it is not in Hollywood Hills, most people won't even take a look at it. It's amazing!! Oh, and the "Caribe Bar" it means Caribbean in spanish and you pronounce the E at the end, like Ca-ri-beh!!

amazing. i feel like this place needs a longer video... need a few more details. like what the storage area looks like - how large is it? and are there any other secret rooms/features
Outstanding tour again, Enes and Mikey. As I recall, you led us on a tour a year or so ago of an estate in either Bel-Air or Beverly Hills that also had an underground elevator/conveyor connection between the main house and a separate entertainment center, only that connection did not lead to the primary bedroom.
I love when people keep some of the old features of older properties. They usually have a lot of character and it sucks when people just completely rip them out instead of working them into the new decor
Especially when you consider the build quality. All these old homes were built by hand, by artisans and old world trained woodworkers/ finish carpenters. I love modern homes, but the build quality of older homes was usually phenomenal.
This place is so exquisite 💜💜 Love every detail of it ♡♡ I want to visit that underground bunker so bad😂😂 Never saw anything like that 😂 Amazing tour Guys!! Happy Belated Birthday Enes🎉🎉🎉🎁🎁🎆🎈
I'd be more than happy to watch a 1 or 2 hour video if it meant we would get a full tour of every nook and cranny. The house is amazing, the bunker is dated but could be amazing. If you are giving us houses of this quality on the secondary channel then I can only dream about the level of real-estate porn we will be getting on the main channel...
Awesome video, Happy Birthday Enes 🎂 So does the elevator travel horizontally to the house from the bunker and then vertically up to the bed room?? I got confused AF!!!
The ONE owner: Hey, I just got the one!!! It has EVERYTHING!!!!! The Knoll house owner: yea but does it have a secret elevator that can take you from your entertaining area to your bedroom?
Amazing home!! So many details to this house that I literally went back several times to get a second look at all he rooms you showed us. Definitely in my top five homes on your channel.
Love this house but the tour felt a bit too rushed 😩.. an extra 10-15mins would’ve given us a chance to see the extra 5 rooms in the main house & the balcony. What a shame! 🥺😭 Worth allowing extra time to tour the bigger estates such as this one.

I wouldn’t mind the hour long version of this house being a main channel video 🙃
A beautiful estate. I would move in tomorrow. I appreciate the old world design with the new touches. Its huge and a wonderful place to call home.
glad you like the property!
1. Amazing video- I and I know others really wouldn't mind longer ones at all! This home definitely deserves it, and 2. Now I want a secret elevator to my bedroom!
thank you!
Perhaps next time you can show the hallway with the 5 bedrooms their ensuite toilet & bath & walk-in etc Thank U.
Spectacular tour!
My favourite space you have toured yet! Thank you.
Wow, stunning place, the driveway leading up to the house is a mural in itself, great work guys as always, great to see you do what you do best, keep it up !!!
Our pleasure!
This has to be the most awesome home you have ever shown. Great house. But to call this a house is the understatement of the century.
Wow, thank you!
I just keep watching this over and over hoping for the day that I can afford such a beautiful home!
I’m with you brother! Maybe we can pool our resources and buy it together one day! I’m just $22.495 million short right now, but I’m very hopeful!
lol, you sir are doing way better than I! I’m honoured for the kind response and optimistic wishes! I really hope you get it, but I’m guessing it’s already doubled in price. That home theatre and and underground bar / nightclub are insane :).
I enjoyed this tour so much!!
I'm so glad!
Wow... In this house I felt we were just getting started! Beautiful! And you two are adorable. Thank You.
Enes and Mikey never disappoint 👏🏼
Thank you so much!
This house has its own fortress! 🤩
The whole architecture, both from the inside and outside, is just amazing. I like that more than many of these new, modern houses. They have a bit more flair. Having a party at this place must be insane. Thanks for showing us this fantastic property. Can you do a 2h tour please. haha
really appreciate it bud!
Magnificent home and so livable. So beautifully presented by a great team.
amazing. i feel like this place needs a longer video... need a few more details. like what the storage area looks like - how large is it? and are there any other secret rooms/features
I'll keep that in mind!
Outstanding tour again, Enes and Mikey. As I recall, you led us on a tour a year or so ago of an estate in either Bel-Air or Beverly Hills that also had an underground elevator/conveyor connection between the main house and a separate entertainment center, only that connection did not lead to the primary bedroom.
nice! glad you like the house!
I love when people keep some of the old features of older properties. They usually have a lot of character and it sucks when people just completely rip them out instead of working them into the new decor
well said :)
Especially when you consider the build quality. All these old homes were built by hand, by artisans and old world trained woodworkers/ finish carpenters. I love modern homes, but the build quality of older homes was usually phenomenal.
Very nice traditional home with nice details. Love the Bunker too.
As an Englishman the pub is a nice touch
I have barely regained my breath from your last tour, and yet you just hit me with this amazing place; have mercy please.
Who needs a safe room when you have a safe house.
:)
That kitchen needs its own post code! My favourite ever!!
This place is so exquisite 💜💜
Love every detail of it ♡♡ I want to visit that underground bunker so bad😂😂 Never saw anything like that 😂 Amazing tour Guys!!
Happy Belated Birthday Enes🎉🎉🎉🎁🎁🎆🎈
What an incredible property. This deserved to be on the main channel
I'd be more than happy to watch a 1 or 2 hour video if it meant we would get a full tour of every nook and cranny. The house is amazing, the bunker is dated but could be amazing. If you are giving us houses of this quality on the secondary channel then I can only dream about the level of real-estate porn we will be getting on the main channel...
thank you so much! really appreciate it!
Everything about this is perfect. The estate, decor, the entertainment bunker is wonderful! Great work guys.
Awesome video, Happy Birthday Enes 🎂 So does the elevator travel horizontally to the house from the bunker and then vertically up to the bed room?? I got confused AF!!!
Bathroom areas are especially amazing; so chic, so tasty😍👌🏼👌🏼
The ONE owner: Hey, I just got the one!!! It has EVERYTHING!!!!!
The Knoll house owner: yea but does it have a secret elevator that can take you from your entertaining area to your bedroom?
Amazing home!! So many details to this house that I literally went back several times to get a second look at all he rooms you showed us. Definitely in my top five homes on your channel.
I love the dark wood. I’m more into the traditional homes. I’m disappointed you skipped most of the bedrooms. An hour long episode would be fine.
I love when they retain all the original detail! Beautiful home and the video certainly does it justice.
Love this house but the tour felt a bit too rushed 😩.. an extra 10-15mins would’ve given us a chance to see the extra 5 rooms in the main house & the balcony. What a shame! 🥺😭 Worth allowing extra time to tour the bigger estates such as this one.
good to know and learn, appreciate the feedback!
@@EnesPlus thanks Enes 🙏🏾😇
