The subtitles sometimes are not exactly translated. For example almost at the end of the video, you said what the souffle tastes much to egg ? or ir not taste to egg ?
1. 계란2개 (흰자, 노른자 분리. 흰자는 냉장고에 넣는다.)
2.설탕5g을 노른자와 함께 가볍게 섞는다.
3. 중력분 12.5g 옥수수전분 10g 체쳐서 섞어준다.
4. 우유150g 버터 15g을 약불로 녹인다.
5. (3)의 달걀노른자에 우유1/3을 섞는다
6. 나머지 우유도 섞어준다
7. 냄비에 다시 붓고 약불로 가열한다.
8. 거품기를 사용하여 계속 섞어준다.
커스터드 크림 느낌이 날때까지 졸여준다.
9. 그릇에 옮겨담고 바닐라빈 1/4만 긁어내서 사용하고 섞어준다.
없으면 바닐라 에센스로 대체한다.
10. 랩으로 덮고 냉장보관
11. 용기에 버터를 발라준다
12. 벽면에 기름을 발라준다.
13. 설탕을 붓고 내부에 골고루 퍼트려준다.(용기 냉장보관)
14. 오븐 190도 예열
15. 냉장보관하던 흰자를 꺼낸다.
레몬주스 약간 넣어주고 휘핑
16. 설탕30g을 세번에 걸쳐 넣고 머랭을 친다.
17. (8) 노른자 크림을 가볍게 풀어주고 머랭 1/3을 고르게 섞어준다
1/3씩 주걱으로 가볍게 섞어준다.
머랭거품이 죽지않게 조심스럽게 섞는다
18. 되도록 그릇중앙으로 반죽을 넣고 표면을 고르게 정리한다
내용물 가장자리를 손톱으로 홈을 파준다.
19. 오븐 180도 -190도 15분-20분
20. 데코용 설탕을 뿌려주고 마무리(슈가파우더)
계란 2개, 설탕5g, 중력분12.5g, 옥수수전분 10g
우유150g, 버터15g
레몬주스 약간, 설탕30g
