How to Truss and Cook Rotisserie Chicken in an Air Fryer

- Give this method a try and see how well it works! Nothing better than a rotisserie chicken!
Dry Brine in refrigerator coated with 1-2 Tablespoons salt for 4-24 hours before cooking.
Cook 3.5 pound bird at 400 F. for 45-55 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 F.
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Black Pepper to taste

I've had an air-fryer for a while now and have to say it gets the most use as a Rotisserie! Works like a charm - the chicken is always done perfectly and moist! Your trussing technique looks super, Ken! I definitely need to practice it. Thanks for the demonstration!

That’s an awesome rub..I use it on beef tenderloin, wrap it up in foil and put in fridge overnight…then bake in oven..yummy!

Boy, this video should go viral once the word gets out about the way you truss a chicken which is normally hard to do. I might just have to try it again now that trussing can be done securely. You might want to change the title to emphasise the word truss.

Turkeys and chickens don't have a chance. They are bread and born and raised to end up getting stuffed. Awsome great video the chicken looks delicious. But it seems like he must have shrunk a lot.
