Just ran across a good video of Andromeda passing a Mainship outside of Ludington. Looking good Don’t think I saw any posting of you crossing your wake
Hello John! We actually crossed our wake this past June. It takes Bob about 4-6 days to complete the videos, so we are a bit behind and reliving it with everyone now :)
What a great drone view of St Augustine 🎉That was one our favorite stops on the loop💯Our video on St Augustine comes out this week but is in two parts because, like you said, there is SO much to see in that great city!😅 Safe travels you two💕
With this passage I'm guessing the Salt Life has hooked y'all for good😉. Except for that marina docking, it looked like a pleasant passage with perfect cruising weather.
Some good cruising music as you were heading north! That shallow water in the marina would’ve had us very uncomfortable - ugh. Hope you didn’t suck too much muck into the strainers. As usual, not much Ollie footage …but I liked seeing the horses on the beach. 😂
Hello Kari! Thank you!! Once the tide rolled out and we saw how rocky and shallow the pass was......it was quite scary! We made sure to leave at high tide lol. So sorry about the lack of Ollie footage! Hopefully the next one is better :)
Jekyll Island was my "Summer of 42" experience in 1966. Not safe to discuss the movie on YT, but see it if you get the chance. Jekyll was a few summer cottages and one grocery store back then. Thanks for bringing back great teenage memories. Stay safe.
Never been the Jekyll Island but need to add it to the list! Thanks for the preview! Have been to Savannah and Charleston so looking forward to you getting to those areas! Be safe!
After discovering your channel several weeks ago, I’ve finally caught up! I love watching your adventures and how you overcome adversity. We boat on the Illinois and Mississippi rivers, so your passage down the Illinois was particularly interesting. Safe travels!
Glad you go to see horse(s) on Cumberland. Some loopers have gotten lucky a seen a submarine coming in to or going out of St Mary's. Jekyll about a 3 hour drive from my house. go there several times a year. Have started going to the marina to see if any loopers about. At least you were on a slack tide. No idea how people get inside and into a slip with the current ripping the way it does. They should have told you that the town center with restaurants was about a mile away. I thought they had a courtesy car there that you could have used
Hello!!! I wish we could get down this fall, but we have an exhaust leak that NEEDS attention. So we are regrouping this winter but are planning on heading south next year! Can't wait to follow you guys this fall! :)
Thank you so much!! Bob uses epidemic sound or Artlist. He said there are lots of royalty free music available now for creators! Thank you for joining us :)
Hello Jeffrey! It varied a lot, but in the wider open areas it tended to be deeper, 15-20+ feet. We stayed in the channel, so it was at least 12 feet. The Army Core of Engineers is responsible for maintaining 12 feet minimum for commercial traffic. Marina entrances are a different story. We just try to get clear info from them before we enter. And always watch the channel markers and tides! Keeps us on our toes for sure!
Hello Larry! Yes, we actually crossed our wake in Ludington, Michigan in June. :) The videos got behind with us traveling everyday. Thank you for joining us!
Our son and family lived in Ponte Vedra at Nocatee and just moved back to Birmingham, AL last month! Beautiful area!
Hello Jeanne, yes it is! Thank you for joining us :)
Another good video, thanks for taking me along. Safe journey, calm seas.
Thank you so much Darryl! We appreciate you :)

It was such a beautiful area! The horses were incredible to see. We really appreciate your support :)
Pretty neat passing thru Ponte Vedra neighborhood. Great job getting into your slip. I would have been in a panic with a 22 ft pontoon!! ;)
Hello Bobby! We were definitely on edge! Especially once we were docked and watched the tide roll in and out and saw all the rocks!! YIKES!
Very nice video! Where is your buddy Dreamer,in relation to guys being in Georgia?
Hello! Dreamer was a few weeks ahead of us. But we do reunite again right before the Erie Canal! Thank you for your support! We appreciate you :)
So when y’all be back to Wilmington or St Augustine. We are hoping to head south for the winter 11/1

What was the water depth in the wetlands?

How much did you pay for your boat?😊
Will you make it home before the cold weather hits the north?
Hello Larry! Yes, we actually crossed our wake in Ludington, Michigan in June. :) The videos got behind with us traveling everyday. Thank you for joining us!
