People hate this car for its engine and i get it but its not a slow car by any means and the body style of this car is one of the best and most timeless the car looks really good and does pretty good with bolt ons, this car is beautiful sounds amazing and is super fun to drive
I have a 2001 Eclipse GT with 51,*** miles and I love it. I have upgraded brakes, new headlights, new speakers and less than 1K on the tires. Interior is immaculate. Overall the car is in very good condition. $7K OBO.
I used to own one many years ago,Navy blue exterior,black and purple leather interior,Manual transmission,had to let it go because it was always breaking down on me,but i have been missing it lately.
Really beautiful car, worth it's price. I wonder, however, if costs of the parts is relatively cheap? This car was not sold in the Europe countries and in I am curious if this car is a good option here
@@PetrolShakyor I got my first Eclipse just about a week ago, My first ever car and its manual, everything like in the video except the rims, besides that it looks the same, And yea.. Parts are relatively cheap, at least from my personal perspective
@@milk_Clash I bought an 02 4 cyl, and parts are cheap if you buy from any parts store, NEVER buy from dealer because they will put ridiculous prices on them.... and I am a victim of it because my car would turn off by itself and didn't let me fully accelerate it, no mechanic would help me so I had to take to the dealership... its a maf sensor malfunction and they quoted me 1k for the job, I was pissed and started looking at prices to see if I could do it myself but as simple as changing the sensor is, on this car you have to program the computer.

That was my son's car. I believe he got the headlights from CarID. The lights were upgraded to HID also. The wheels were on the car when we got it. They were actually chrome and he painted them black.... Yuk. The chrome was really sharp on that car. But, I think it was just a general 'tuner' wheel that is on there.

Christian J Tlatelpa I just found one too myself my mechanic told me there really good cars just make sure they have good wheel bearings doe since it’s a sports car
Ours was pretty reliable. Normal wear and tear repairs will come up. Have to be aware of these cars that kids get into and tear them up and do stupid mods wrong. Ours was lowered, which was fine, but the kid never installed the shim kit for the rear wheel alignment adjustment. We wore the rear tires out on the inside tread in about 10k miles.
i have the same exact car year model and everything. except mine doesn't have a rear windshield wiper but my check engine light stays on and my dash is a lil cracked just likes yours i also have the similar upgrades but i like the oil cap and how clean u keep ur engine ima start doing that too
