    I promise you're going to feel your best after this no jumps high intensity session with dumbbells. It will work your total body, all major muscle groups will be challenged with these dumbbell exercises. It also gives a good fat burn as we push through the the most effective all standing no jumping weighted cardio & strength training moves. Let’s go and give it all you’ve got💪🏼

    ► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off

    Верррааа❤️‍🔥🥳, даже не думала, что тренировка с гантелями no jumps может быть такой увлекательной и необычайно движовой🧚🔥, очень мне понравилась👍, выбрала вес 2 кг и не пожалела🤪, все упражнения были отличные💪, основные фавориты butt kick, curtsy + triangle reach💗, сложнее всего дались sumo squats🙈! Огромное тебе спасибо за очередное открытие!!!👏🥰😘

    This was a E-ticket ride workout HIIT we needed to bust some of the buffet foods we ate last weekend! 😃 We used a ranged combo of 6lbs to 10lbs and admittedly on some moves I dropped down to 0. The workout works great even without weights. Awesome challenge and cute hairdo! Thanks!

    Is there anyone who does Vera's workouts who are past 50 yrs old and in menopause? And if so, are you as fitness as Vera? I used to do similar workouts, loved them, but switched to more heavy weight /strength type workouts and less hitt. Vera's workouts look fun! Just wondering if they can still work at keeping my muscle. 😅Thank you for any input here!😊

      I am here for a quick reassuring moment, hello :) If you want you can just mix in your weight training or pick up heavier weights for the routines where I use light weights. Diversifying is key when you want to grow in your functional strength ❤️🙏🏼
