My family is in love with your Japanese tantanman ramen (as well as other recipes). I seem to always over boil the eggs, so I tried out baked eggs, which were good but then I started frying eggs in massive amounts of coconut oil. Oh my, that turned out great. I’m now obsessed with egg in just about any soup. Thanks so much for all your recipes.

Watching from Chicago, USA! Recipe request: Vietnamese Stir Fried Rice Pho Noodles. My partner and I used to live in Seattle and frequent out local Vietnamese Take Out. We loved these noodles to death, but can't quite crack the recipe at home. Basically a Chicken Pho flavored, Pad Thai style rice noodle dish. That pho broth may be my missing link, but I know there's lime sugar and fish sauce for sure. Please help! \

Why I truly appreciated this video is what you said in the open about when you like to eat ramen 🍜. It was very helpful because it confirmed what I suspected. Many people feel about ramen. I love corn, but it’s just barely a vegetable! It’s mainly a starch with limited nutrients. But that doesn’t keep me from eating it. Now spinach, that’s a vegetable! I love it too and it has a great nutritional values. I’ve made dozens of your recipes and I’ve never had a bad one!
