      I thought I gave the point values of everything that I ate. What would you like to know the point values of? I'm happy to share . . .oh, this is the short. Sorry -- the points are in my vlog. The greek yogurt and fruit is 0 points, 1/2c of Cheerios with 1/2 c unsweet almond milk is 1 p; my lunch is 4p for the sandwich (2 for the bread, 1 for an oz of ham and 1 for an oz of turkey), and dinner is 6p for a cup of white rice, 0p for black beans and 0p for lean ground turkey and onions.

    Why is everyone foold into eating breackfast. Instead of reparing from the evening meal. Fasting while insulin is higher when we wake up causes weight loss naturally.

      I don't fast, but I know that it works for some people. Sounds like it works well for you. 🤗
