I use Vital Proteins collagen. No taste at all (blue jug) and it dissolves easily in my coffee. It was recently on sale at my HEB so I bought two containers. Your dessert sounds good and I have all the ingredients on hand.

I’ve shared it but I have no idea what video it’s in. You need 4 tbsp sugar free cake mix (i use the yellow cake) 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter and 4 tbsp of water. Mix well in a mug. Add 19 or 20 Lilly’s sugar free chocolate chips (however many scans for 1 point) and microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool a couple minutes and then add 8 grams of the fat free rediwhip. Total points should be 5. It’s SOOO good!

Hello I just subscribed to your channel as I like all the food you make , I don’t usually watch the American WW videos as your food is so different to here in the UK Scotland , I’m also on WW but there isn’t much support video wise here their are one or two people here on you tube , I wish we had all the low cal foods you get! We do have powdered coffee mate but it’s 2 points for 6g which isn’t enough , I looked on Amazon for your coffee mate but couldn’t get the same one, one similar but it was very expensive ! Love ❤️ your videos thanks for sharing x
I wish I could be more helpful but I have no idea what products they sell. Can you get sugar free syrups? If I couldn’t find what I have I would use a flavored sugar free syrup and add fat free half and half or skim milk.
@@amsinprogress yes I have a skinny syrup salted caramel I never thought about putting it in coffee I will try it tomorrow morning thanks, I watched you make a pasta dish earlier tonight and I tried it with Quorn chicken pieces instead of the turkey, it was lovely so thank you 🙏🏻 I will keep watching your videos for tips and inspiration. I have 7lbs to lose and it’s taking me forever I’ve already lost 61 pounds not all with weight watchers we have Slimming world here but I’m bored with it now do you have slimming world in USA ? Xx

@@user-iu2dk8jv6o from the grocery store. We have a “healthy living” section with various nuts and you can make peanut butter/almond butter. It’s in that section at my store. Sometimes there are areas in produce too that have nuts and seeds.

I just assumed everyone used Shake n Bake it has been around for years….I learned to cook as a teen with Shake n Bake over 30 years ago.
I use to be a stay at home mom/wife so I had the time to do fancy stuff. Now I work and can’t be bothered with it 😝 shake and bake it is.

It’s ok. I work in the produce production at HEB so constantly moving and carrying heavy bins of fruit. I just consider it getting paid to work out. lol.

I think the WW plan is hard for the vegan eater. I enjoy your videos a lot, am new to WW, but I am still having issues trying to figure out meal with starch, being the points are so high for them, that the amount I eat to fill full with even free veggies........I go over my daily points. I wish rice & potatoes were a free food like turkey and chicken......can't figure out why it isn't being it is lower in calories and very nutritious.
Beans and edamame are zero points so maybe you can incorporate more of those? Start weighing your potatoes in grams and you can get a good amount for lower points. 2 points is normally a good amount for a side so you could prob use 4 points and get a good amount. I use all my weeklies and activity points. There are lots of days where I’m using 30+ points.
