You mentioned your PMS investment has same risk as a large cap or index fund. This sounds highly improbable if that PMS promises 25% conservative and 40% optimistic return. Can you share the source of such research?
that is a great question. I will try to make video where i might share some screenshots, numbers etc. All PMSs are supposed to share there performance data with SEBI. You can check that data here www.apmiindia.org/apmi/welcomeiaperformance.htm?action=PMS and compare it with benchmarks on a month on month basis for last 18 months. You might see that good PMSs have done better than benchmark in the red zone as well. Apart from this, PMSs shared their own data with me, which I might be able to share in a video someday. Despite all this, I am as sceptic as you are. Previous numbers don't indicate future results. I will try to share monthly update on my PMS performance so that it might be more helpful.
Thanks for a wonderful video giving details of a new investment vertical called PMS. the details of money invested thru PMS that you said is 30 lakh crore is mind boggling and the high return are very tempting. you rightly mentioned that big surplus money comes to a person once in a while and it becomes a big onus to utilize this corpus judiciously. In general, Selling a property provides one a big corpus of funds. Govt allows citizens to utilize the capital gains for 2 years and if the money is reinvested in property the tax on capital gains are waved off. PMS provides a very good opportunity to utilize property capital gains for two years. Does Govt allow to use Property capital gains to reinvest in PMS or in stock market without any tax liability?
@@Bhishma.Choudhary I was told by my auditor, if that gain is invested in some FD, its waived off. Otherwise investing in equity - not. However, please check.
good point. never came across this. maybe, i will try to start investing some amount in these, to compare how things fare compared to PMS and professionally managed MF portfolio. Thanks for the suggestion.
Here are the few things I had asked (1) TARGET RETURNS: What are their realistic & aspirational target returns in next 5 years. (2) RISK: How do they minimise risk. Their strategy. (3) TAX: How much tax should I expect to pay annually (also linked to Churn Ratio or Annual Turnover of the fund) (4) LIQUIDITY: How quickly can I withdraw funds when needed (5) FEE Structure (6) System dependency on fund manager in case manager is unwell (PMS is mostly run by fund manager) (7) Their Team Size (8) Any Data they can provide to corroborate their claims

@@malakondaiahkonda6307 I will share the PMS fund details soon with updates on performance as well. I can completely understand it can be very confusing to choose whether PMS is a good option or not, and if yes, them which PMS to go for.
Sure, I will do that. I will name the fund in the upcoming videos. I wish to name the fund only when I have some performance numbers at my hand. That is the whole purpose of my videos that I can share my honest experience with these funds & platforms. Do stay tuned.
In my experience with all the platforms, payments are not received processed on Sunday & Govt Holidays. I receive them next day. Just 2 days back, i had 2 payments scheduled for Sunday, but I received both of them on Monday.

Sure. I will keep on updating performance & insights from my PMS fund for sure. I will also try to share how finalised my PMS from the shortlisted funds. I avoid commenting on funds whose service I have not taken.

that is a great question. Never checked if property gains tax can be saved via stocks or PMS. Will check and update.

Thats interesting info. Will have to confirm with auditor on this.
Look into strategic indices that use factors like momentum, quality, value, alpha, low volatility etc
All will beat nifty50( largecap)
