@@starbrightblue4936 Oh good! I've done tons of workouts with different moves for the hips and thighs without having to rely on squats to get results. For some people, squats are great because they work the lower half without needing much room or equipment (and they're a great way to lift the tushy!) Keep searching my channel, though, and you'll be happy with what you find.
Morning, Judy, I'm saving this wonderful workout. I can't do the side abdominals because of a past herniated disc injury. I'm too afraid. I'm limited I can do some squats, leg lifts and love the upper body hand weights including the arms. Have a good day.
