I will take this into consideration the next time my brain 🧠 thinks it wants a Dorito or an Oreo. Lessening my life span is not worth that jolt ⚡️ of temporary satisfaction. I desire long term peace, joy and happiness. The only way to have that is with my higher power being God. Not food processed in a warehouse. You are the best, thank you again.

@@JudyCrowellStyle it's worth a try. I try to not eat bread so much cs of neuropathy. But, I love stuffing. I cheat sometimes cs raw onions restores feeling.
