    You make color matching and finishing look so easy. I've dabbled with restoring some wooden furniture before and it's not easy.

    Plenty exciting especially when finishing two pieces of furniture that are exactly the same. Colouring both to match requires great skill and colour perception, you nailed it. Well done, Sensei!

    What I love most, after the restorations, themselves, is that with every movement - every brush stroke, every hammer strike - your body language says that this is something you genuinely love doing. I'm so glad you were willing to share this. It's making me really want to go to my local Community College to learn more woodworking than I already know!

Your thoughts on what a piece means to a person makes me wonder if someday, a soul will walk into your shop with a treasured and well worn item……… from IKEA! Ha!     They are really pretty pieces. Sort of cross between a Chinese pagoda and a beehive. They looked lovely with the darker colour. Not keen on red or golden myself.
    Your finishes are always beautiful and smooth.

    I’ve stripped some furniture years ago but the stripper didn’t work anything like the stuff you use. The type you use is awesome.

    Hello my friend? i love all the work you do! yearrrrrrr ago I make 2 living room suits and i always love reworking wood furniture. I moved here to the Philippines 10 years ago and what blew my mind is Lots of older house here they use rosewood for the flooring. My god they are so beautiful looking.

    I loveto watch, however long your videos are, short or long they are all great.
    Just re-cap me please, on how you clean the job after the final sanding/scotch padding, of all the dust before the final top coat? Cheers

    I’ve watched a lot of these videos and continue to be awed by how much work, and wide range of knowledge, and craftsmanship is needed to accomplish the various jobs. I enjoy your comment on furniture I wish everyone had that insight. My entire house is filled with furniture and every old, beat-up piece has a story near and dear to me, but probably only to me.
