The volume has been raised to the highest level from the phone and the headset, and the sound of calls is still weak, while the connection to the intercom the sound is very clear. I also made sure to change the location of the speaker inside the helmet, but to no avail.

Can you confirm the range (distance) for 2 way intercom and music sharing.
The video states 0.18 miles (289m) but the website says 500m.
Will the intercom auto-reconnect after being disconnected from range?

0.183 miles is the best 1 to 1 connection range, the website says 500m is 1 to 1 connection range in an environment with unobstructed road conditions.
And music-sharing distance range is 100m

@@HenryAkes13 We have a new mesh unit. that's a great 1 to 1 range! And our best music-sharing range is 100m.

Music sharing will only work in the same model of device. For example: 2 x FX8 PROs or 2 x M1-S PLUS. will not work between 1x FX8 PRO and 1x M1-S PLUS.

@@Fodsports HELP! i cant get the connection between the 2 devices FX8 PROs to share music...the device never give me de voice command of "start share music" when i hold the buttom for 3 seconds :(

If you want to share music and talk at the same time, it's not possible. I bought it for this reason. Everything else is worse compared to the old v6 except battery life😢
