I would more appropriate if make videos on power movement like clean and jerk, force absorption endurance, plyometrics, lateral movements, jumps. It will clear all fitness things in cricket. I know I am asking too much but, would love if you do this. A big thank you 😊.
Sir great job, one small doubt, Am an allrounder, so u have posted 1 upper body schedule and 1 lower body schedule and this Power schedule, so is it possible if I could do a 4 day schedule, for eg:- day 1- lower body Day2- upper body Day 3- Power (med ball exercises) Day 4 - speed exercises (in the ground) Pls help me out with this, it’s difficult to organize a schedule
