I'm just starting on this video, but l wanted to stop and remark about that amazing 2-story "little house". The inside of that tiny home that has an extraordinary bit of space. The large windows facing so as to catch the best sunlight, morning and afternoon help to give it a larger appearance, as well as the perfect decor. All work together to make that "tiny house" a cozy home.

For real please show the inside of the homes! I cannot stand it when all they do is have a glimpse of the outside, and then move on like why did you even bother? We really really want to see the inside please pass it on to whoever makes the decisions! we would appreciate it

Couldn't agree more... and the sarcastic BS narrator sucks... I think they basically just steal video from other creators to create their own... that's why there's little interior shots

I agree, the camera only skims over a couple areas in the house, and we don't get to see much. I want to see inside, and find out how unique houses, especially those off grid, deal with problems every house has, like water and sewage.
When I watch videos of people living off grid in a vehicle or tiny home I can't believe how many people leave the toilet until last. Often they've run out of money, and decide to put it off. A toilet should be the first thing someone buys, and they should figure out even before they build where they can dispose of both black and grey water. If it's too expensive, stay in your apartment. People who dump their grey tank "just wherever", and put bags of waste in the garbage cans are so irresponsible. There is a very good reason civilization invented plumbing. Either find an appropriate place to dispose of your waste water and sewage or don't live off-grid. Any of benefit you've gained by having solar panels is completely undone. "Saving" the environment isn't only using less energy, or recycling. Stopping water pollution is as important. earth by dumping untreated water and sewage just anywhere.

The owner of the tree house in utopia, Texas also has a restaurant called the Laurel Tree, since her first name is Laurel. Laurel is a Cardone Bleu chef trained in France. There is also a tree house dining room at her restaurant that gets booked up six months in advance. Both places are furnished with antiques that laurel and her mother have obtained from across the United States and France. Both tree houses were built by Pete Nelson from Tree House Masters .

We made a reservation at a commercial campground back when we had a pop-up VW camper. The camping space was just about the size of - you guessed it - a parking space. And since we didn't care for the next-door-neighbor's choice in high-db music, we moved on to the state park, and took our chances on camping a 15-minute walk from the bath house.

Well, now, that was not a very nice thing to do. You show a white "lid" opened over what appears to be a bottomless white bathtub with stairs at the closer end of it going down into the ground (at 2:04). A woman is exiting the stairs onto the foreground in this photo and is carrying a tray with goods of some kind (food?). The voice over says there is an underground room with a lower temperature good for storing/holding perishable food. BUT THEN YOU DO NOT SHOW THAT UNDERGROUND ROOM !!! (???) WHAAAAT !!! Why not show the room???

World needs more original creative designs like those homes. First time I saw unusual homes was up in Milton Keynes in 1980's, & there are unusual designs in Holland too.
Best designs of all, are the Indian homes from 1000's of years ago, most especially the 'vimana' homes, many that looked like firm on the ground regular homes or castles, but could lift off & fly, once the red mercury was heated up & spun fast enough to make it fly. Only drawback I read, was they had no breaks, so were a nightmare to land again.

Sum on the south side windows you get the proper amount of day light and heat from the sun all year, then have the earth to insulate home. Heating and cooling would he really cheap. The Snake Serpant house is very cool clever architecture. I wouldn't want to live in it but a one off vacation may be fun especially for little kids that would be exciting for little ones

I would gladly live in a "parking space home" especially the one pictured here.
That looks plenty big enough for me and it looks beautiful 🥰❤️

The pink bubble thing is hideous. That said, the rest of the places each had its own charm. I especially liked the home inside a geodesic dome and all the possibilities for self sustaining environment. The below ground home also appealed to the off grid mentality. Thanks for a fun tour!

The autonomous homes are my personal dream but the floating homes with undersea views were my favourite.
If you thought the UFO home was intriguing, you may be interested in the fact that most of the public buildings in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, are shaped like flying saucers. They were all designed by the architect Oscar Niemeyer.

Behind The Waterfall! Built into the rock-face of a mountain...would have it's living-room - 2 stories (plus) facing the falling water (from behind). It would be a constantly moving and sparkling vista. Magnificent! MAYBE?
