UPDATE: While filming this, two news stories about 3AC broke. *The exact whereabouts of Su and Kyle are still unknown*
The first story was leaked by a twitter user and said that Su and Kyle have been found in Dubai and were detained by police. --this story appears to be FALSE.
The second, Bloomberg got an interview with them where their location was unknown: "The two declined to say where they were but one of the lawyers on the call said their ultimate destination is the United Arab Emirates..."

I love how most scammers always start off by stating they put $1M of their own capital into their projects. I would take this as an immediate red flag.

Why can't somebody with a developed capital from a prior project divest some of their own funds into a new project? Sure, it would be crucial to trace the funds to where they derived it, but it is plausible that they could invest their own funds into a certain project.

Remember kids: anyone who says something will Never Come Down Again is either Deliberately Lying to You, or just doesn’t understand how reality works.
Everything is ups and downs. Everything is ebb and flow. Not just in Finance - EVERYTHING. From Economics to Ecosystems, even down to the Laws of Physics.
The Only Things that have no ups and downs are Dead Things - things that are *literally* flatlining.
