The most amazing thing is that a 3 year old can buy a house and nobody in the legal system, law enforcement or banking finds this suspicious and questions it as money laundering.
I love how most scammers always start off by stating they put $1M of their own capital into their projects. I would take this as an immediate red flag. I guess we all have $1M just sitting on the side, ready to be invested!
Why can't somebody with a developed capital from a prior project divest some of their own funds into a new project? Sure, it would be crucial to trace the funds to where they derived it, but it is plausible that they could invest their own funds into a certain project.
