The whole video was literally just him counting coins. That's when I knew he was probably toxic af in person. And then some time later, he posted videos of him swiping on Tinder, I kid you not. He was saying things like all these girls would have nothing to worry about if they just swiped right. On top of all that, his "course" is complete trash. Expensive and useless. • @crispychicken9081
      @crispychicken9081 3 роки тому +91

      If you watch his videos he is passive aggressive towards his wife. She ran away with their child but he didn't press charges. And even if he was rich when she left she just ran away instead of dragging him through a lengthy expensive public divorce. The fact she's quiet about it makes me respect her more than him. In each story both sides are to blame but honestly he creeps me out.

      I've seen a number of TechLead's videos but don't bother watching anymore. He comes across as a smart guy, but morally hollow and with very little personality. It's like he made his entire existence about making money and climbing corporate ladders. Used to subscribe to TechLead. Really enjoyed his dry humour and tales of tech life in Silicone Valley. His tongue-in-cheek 'I'm better than you' attitude always had me laughing. Until he started to make videos about his wife leaving him. Or, how she expected him to basically treat her with respect, spend time with each other etc. With each new video I realised two things: 1. he was clearly bitter about the whole thing (not surprising) 2. He would say completely inappropriate things about her knowing that their son might one day watch those videos. It just felt like watching someone abuse another person. He has a lot of followers, many from a tech space. Perhaps he wasn't trying to send fans over there to abuse her. But, it really wouldn't have been difficult to work out who she is. Why would you do that to the mother of your child? It made me realise the studied arrogance he displays in his videos really isn't all that studied after all. It's just him. He wasn't being ironic. His behaviour felt narcissistic and appeared to border on misogyny. I unsubscribed. His UA-cam personality was too much of a turnoff.
