Definitely Asami’s vocals are great and fit the style of the Band, and this is one of the factors that sets them apart. As some have already stated, you can appreciate Asami’s voice in the songs “Dancing with the devil”, “Empty daydream”, “Edge of the world” and “Epilogue” (all live )

Asami is a trained ballet dancer, I guess she can't help it, she likes to do those moves.

Nice reaction mate thanks again. About Asami she started to take classical ballet lessons at age of two, and learned jazz and hip hop dance after she graduated from high school. After that she moved to USA on her own. Later she found her path to become a singer when she came back to Japan. Asami started touring back-up vocalist for Japanese top artist such as VAMPS and UVERworld. So she like to make some movements on the stage, like this song. If you want more movements from the band please check the song Rise some hell. Enjoy it.

Well we all know who was behind this masterpiece with its classical music influences. I heard one reactor refer to Lovebites as four great musicians and one genius. With all the respect in the world to the other ladies I think we can all guess which one is the genius.

This song with classical elements is mainly based on Syphony of New World by Czech composer Dvorak. Asami added a gentle, smooth movement on the stage swanlike and a choir. In the lyrics and the title, she included the swan motif from Swan Lake of the Russian composer Chaykowski. In childhood, she trained ballet. An integral part of this footage is the Revolutionary Etude by the Polish composer Chopin (he is burried in Pere-Lachaise cementery in Paris and his heart is in Warsaw), performed with virtuosity as an intro by Miyako on the piano, but in this uploading is cutted off. Everything is mixed with power metal to create a masterpiece. GREAT.

Awesome analysis Melo! I appreciate your depth of comments as you described how Asami was highlighted with her fantastic voice, how Haruna was solidly pushing from the back and how she directed the guitar solo change from Miyako to Midori. Swan Song, starting with the Chopin Etude, is my favourite song - I'm sorry that you couldn't include your reaction to the Etude as it really sets the scene for the beautiful piano track that is playing throughout the rest of the song until Miyako plays it herself. In a similar direction, I would recommend Edge of the World and Epilogue, both "Live" versions. These songs have incredibke singing from Asami, as well as Miyako piano, and Epilogue starts with acoustic guitars. Looking forward to your next reaction 👍🤘

Love this band and they are always in the pursuit of relentless perfection. Each part of this band is insanely talented but the sum together is even greater than the parts. Midori and Miyako are opposites in personality and styles yet blend together perfectly and sync/harmonize...man you have show me any duo that does this better LIVE than these two women. Haruna the 4' 9" human dynamo drive this band and every song from start to finish (she apparently never heard the works "SLOW DOWN" anytime). Miho/bass is the one like Haruna with little shine time but they are the backbone of this band and never mind the other 3 getting all the shine time. Asami, I agree is great for this band and what a front person and stage leader she has become, her vocals are so much better LIVE and have improved tremendously since when she started with this band. Great reaction and your facial expressions were a riot, but then again this band does it to all of us each and every time especially LIVE. It should be illegal to have this much talent in one band but hey let me and everyone else enjoy this illegal gift from the music gods!!!!
