I have an Amia and the knob tensioner that controls the back/lean stiffness clicks and doesn't tighten past a certain point. Any idea how to restore this functionality?
I like the Amia quite a bit. The seat pad is just a little thin and the back can be kind of hot, but overall it's a great chair. I will always recommend a remanufactured one for people new to ergonomic chairs. Thumbs up!

I bought my 2021 HM Lino for $10 at Goodwill, $1,100 config, also grabbed a Setu lounge w/ottoman $15 (quite used tho) and a 2007 Aeron for $25.

I always get pleather/leather, so easy to clean and wears like iron
Pleather doesnt wear like iron, it wears like cheap chinese vynil, because that's what it is.

Fake leather doesn't usually hold up that well over time.
