LOVE LOVE LOVE the simplicity with this quilt design! I have several jelly rolls that will work great for this as a Project Linus quilt. One of my jelly rolls has planets. A great tutorial. Thanks
Love, love this Snowball Star Block and how it comes together!! I was waiting for the different corners that had to be snowballed for the Star part - and here the Star appeared - as if out of no where - from a Log Cabin type block - so super neat :)! Thank you again - for making quilting fun, Jenny!
I definitely have a new favorite! The number of actual colors makes it really pop, as you say. The simplicity of construction does NOT make for a simple, dull, or hum-drum look. It's jazzy! Can't wait to make one. WOW! THANKS!
I'll be making Christmas pillows as gifts out of this pattern. Sew very easy. Thanks for a great tutorial!
That's beautiful Jenny. Another great project. Thank you and God bless.

I love midnights on Friday! I’m alway very happy! 😂 Another beautiful and easy quilt. Thank you!
I love it! Beautiful.
I love this quilt
I appreciate that you are sharing the top quilting pattern that was used on the sample quilt.
Love this pattern, and I “need “ that fabric. 😉
Buy buy buy!
I have learned that if you want something, but it now or it will run out.
Kimme, I recommend a nice shade of gold instead of that pale grey as the background with this jelly roll. Much better contrast with the ivory strips (& more Christmas-y). ~Diana K.
Got a lovely bali pop selection which will really suit this pattern. Thanks for all the free videos, really enjoy them! From a very wet Scotland, UK.
Beautiful!
very cool and very simple - thanks
Love that pattern!
Woohoo!! Love this.
Que lindo proyecto, gracias por tus enseñanzas y compañía abrazos desde mi Colombia
Jenny, I need your diet plan! I love this quilt too.
Love this Jenny
Nice in the ombré fabrics.
fast ans simple.... and oh so beautiful
I’m always interested to see how mixing up the blocks a different way might look.
Lovely!
Thanks for this tutorial, Jenny! I really like this design. The only thing I would’ve changed is the colour used as your background. A lovely shade of gold would’ve given a much better contrast to all the colours including the cream with gold stars.
Thanks Jenny
The red and green block looks like a double bow to me!
Wou und wieder einmal ein tolles Video. Freu mich schon aufs nach Nähen. Schöne Grüße aus Deutschlad
That would look nice in red white and blue for a veteran, or for the 4th of July.
Great idea 💡.
Thank you so much
Thank you
I love, love this tutorial, I am wondering how you go about cutting and piecing the backing. Thank you
This looks fast and easy! Thank you for this pattern! Love it!
Excellent . 👍 v nice. V nice. V. Nice
when I first looked at the quilt it made me think of a Christmas package
Do you sell the tape that shows 1/4" and 1/2"? It looks like a great tool to keep seems even.
Yes here is the link...

Wow Very striking and very quick to make, Did you use up the whole jelly roll to make this size?
What a lovely, and easy, Christmas quilt. Thanks, Jenny. One question - is that tape on your sewing machine or is that part of the machine? It looks so easy to sew the snowballs, or to do the angle seam to sew strips.
Here is a link to the tape I used...

@@jennydoan57 Thank you, Jenny.
Olá Jenny, que bloco tão lindo, e tecidos maravilhosos, obrigada por compartilhar os seus conhecimentos. Como posso comprar um dos seus ferros de passar? Obrigada, e beijinhos de Portugal.
I love this but I don’t understanding how you put the larger blocks together to make the quilt. I don’t see any sashing. Can you show how you joined them?
👏👏👏
This is a very beautiful quilt and I love the material. I have a question about turning just one block into a pillow pocket would you back the block like you would a regular quilt before you made it into a pillow cover or would you just do the quilt block and the batting?
I am no Jenny, but from what I have seen on their channels I would do the quilting of the top and the batting first and then add the backing with zippers or buttons or velcro (whatever you want to do to close the hole) and then insert the pillow. Voilá! Or so I think.
I always use muslin to back my pillow tops and then add the pillow back. Without that, the batting is subject to too much friction when you take the pillow cover off to wash. Just how I do it 🤗.
Question: I was wondering if the pieces could be snowballed before they were assembled, instead of after?
Where did you purchase your 1/4" measure guide that is on your sewing machine?
Wow, looks like you have lost weight Jenny! You're looking great!
Do you sell the diagonal sewing line strip that you have on your sewing machine? I need one!
Yes we do! Here is a link www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/detail/114574/cluck-cluck-sew/-/diagonal-seam-tape
If I wanted to make this using yardage instead how much would I need of each colour?
1 jelly roll equals about 3 yards
Hi, Barb! You'll need about 3/4 yard of each color, though you may want a full yard in the event of cutting issues. Hope this helps!
@@MissouriQuiltCo thank you! I only ask this because I live in a very small town in Canada and our closest material store is about 30 miles from my home and they really don't have much of a selection and don't carry jelly rolls.
Jenny, where do you buy the different sweaters that you wear?
Everywhere and I am always looking for a bargain. The first place I check is TJ MAXX !
@@jennydoan57 Thanks for answering Jenny. Love MSQC. Thanks for all the videos. I look forward to seeing them all each week.
