The first pizza had a lot of work, and love put into it. I’ll gladly give it to the first pizza.
I would have no problem paying $30 for that Song'e Napule pizza, yum.

$30 for something that special that feeds two people is a reasonable price. The $22 pizza is a steal!! I think my vote goes to the first - I’ll visit the next time I visit NYC.
Really ? For me, even 15€ is too much for pizza if you can buy ingredients for less then 5€ per pizza. But NY is just stupid city and automatically, ever item selling there is 400% more expensive for no reason. And 1 pizza feeds 1 person and not 2.
@@redheadsg1 well, the shop needs to make a profit and rents in NYC aren’t inexpensive. My gauge is that a good Neapolitan pizza in Atlanta is $20 for a basic Margarita… add toppings and we’re at $25+ easily. The $30 pizza is next level over that, so seems fair.

I like the looks of the first one. I like the technique of how the 2nd was made. When I make it to NYC I will have to try them both. Love your channel.
For look wise, it’s a tie but for taste based on the ingredients, I would pick #2🍕❤️
First one wins on a Saturday, and the second one wins on a Thursday. In otherworldly both win, but separate days for which in the mood for. Both looked fantastic
I think the first one with the bresaola and extra sauces would be a winner for me, but I'd probably want to try both!
The first pizza location looked the best
Watching this while waiting my oven to get up to temp 😀 first one is surely the one to try at least once or for special occasion given the price. Second one looks like something you can go for casual yet insane flavor. More vids like this Vito, maybe in different countries too like Japan etc

Number 1 pizza is NUMERO UNO!! Song e Napule ALL the way baby - looked amazing, tasty, and appealing to the eye.
I think it was really a tie. The first one gets my eye from the fillet carpaccio. You asked for an exotic pizza so that has my vote. However, dude really, Al Pastor? That looked insane! I would gladly go to either of them in a heartbeat. Props to the both of them.
First pizza looked more like a restaurant pizza. The second one looks more like I would make in my kitchen at home experimenting. {which is always good!}
They both looked amazing, depending on what I felt like at the time, both for me.

Song E Napule was my favorite in NYC.
The first looked like it was made with love. The second one looked like it was made to just get it done. I would eat the first one.

First one $30 is High but i am not there LOL can do without the Paste ! Had a lot of love ,, the second looked good to not as much Love and didnt get to see it made !?!? I sometimes make a taco style pizza and its a winner but not often as the Neapolitan style . Thank you for being here for us Pizza Lovers !

#1. I know it's NY, but $30? But you taught me well so I don't have to pay high prices. My poolish is in the fridge waiting for the final amount of flour.
Definitely the high end meat and sauces. I paid $18 for a marg which I feel is typical.
You know poolish is not Verace pizza Napoletana?
Of the two pizzas in the video, I think Song'e Napule 's creation (the first one) looked pretty delicious, though I liked the simplicity of the second one.

By looks and the texture of the meat and what I could see on the video, second one looked amazing. Must mention that first one too looked great but second one appealed the best 😊

It’s really difficult, both pizzas looked really beautiful and delicious. At a glance at both I’d say the first one looked the best. I think both guys make amazing looking pizza.

The 1st one looks FABULOUS! And I would DEFINITELY try it, but $30 is high for me. The second one didn’t look as special but I would give it a try.
Love the use of pastor roasted meat. Carnitas in place of pastor give a try. I'm definitely going to make one with pastor.

Fantastic pizza! The first looks amazing but al pastor sounds heavenly on pizza so I would go with the second pizza. They are both outstanding though.

I think that they both has a standard look.... For me perfection is to be full circle, uniform crust width, no sause at the edges, uniform distribution of topping, red green white look, black dots from the flame but no bugger than 5mm diameter.... No white dough at the crust inner area, no blabk lines at the bottom, no yellow layers at the bottom..... Etc
Based on looks and my tastes, my preference is the first pizza with the filet mignon carpaccio
The first one looks amazing, there’s a lot happening, a lot of different flavors. Even though it’s really attractive I prefer the second one because I’m guessing the flavors are harmonious.

Pizza 2. If you happen to stay in Brooklyn a while Sals has some delicious pizza too.
I am also for the first pizza, even if the price is itoo high. Of course visual aspect is only 50%, and the taste is also very important!

I would choose the second one, the ingredients I liked also the first one had too much toppings added additionally for me, I don't like when I have too much liquids in my mouth while eating a normal "dry" food
They both look and sound great. For $8 less, I'll go with #2.
Neither topping called to me, but the crust on the first one looked yummier. I like the little extra"burn" on the crust. (taste is personal. I'll bet they were both amazing, but just not to my taste.)
Pizza #1 looked the best to me [by far]. However, I'd really like to try eating pizza #2, since it's probably a new flavor and awesome.

#1 for me it was so appetizing. The second probably tasted good but by looks alone My mouth did not water. And the center looked to gooey for my taste. But as always I enjoyed to channel!!
Ciao Vito. Could you please make a video cooking pizza in a Kamado Grill? Kamado grills claim to be great at pizza making, having accessories for the grill specifically for pizzas. Although, the videos I found from Kamado UA-camrs show a low level pizza (compared to yours). I would love to see "The Maestro" judgement of Kamado made pizzas :)
I would choose the first pizza 6 days out of the week. Tacos are for Tuesday!

Very difficult choice. 1st one needed more job I guess, home made tomato sauce, tomato cream, parmigiana regiano fondue, filet mignon. 2nd one feels more like a great combination of products. Honestly I would choose... to enjoy them both ! Just a little bit disappointed by the direct dough but I've been too much influenced by Vito's great lessons.
I imagine the second pizza has a more interesting flavour, but the first one looked better.

30 Euro sind zu viel aber die pizza selber bestimmt eine 10/10 von Geschmack und noch authentisch. Die zweite hat halt den neuen touch von Pizza , würd ich aber gerne auch mal probieren sieht wirklich sehr sehr gut aus .
The first pizza "looked better" but the second one tasted better. Sometimes overcomplicating things like the first pizza leads to ok results. The second simpler pizza with no sauce lead to great results. Yup.🍕😋

In Croatia (Osijek) there is authentic 100% neapoletana pizzeria, and they use super high end ingredients for pizza (all coming from Italy specially), and the most expensive pizza is around 11Euros if I reacll right, but paying 30$ for pizza is way too much in my opinion... I know its New York and everything, but since I learned doing it myself, I would never consider paying that much for pizza ever again ... :D
I'll go for the second one. The first one is a bit too loaded, and the San marzano shouldn't be blended!
To be truthful, I like new york style pizza better. It's hard to find a decent pizza in my area. For novelty, I'll try the al pastor. For the wealthy who live in manhattan, I like the idea of putting expensive steak on the pizza. You can add al pastor pizza to my list of favorite pizzas. Now, I don't have to fly back home to NY for pizza, I make them here in Cali. Thank you, Vito, for your fight against sucky pizza!

I've made you poolish and your preferred 70% hydration dough recipe 5 times now, the dough always seems allt more loose than your and you appear to have to be rougher or stretch it harder than I have to, I can literally pick it up to stretch it and it just hangs and stretches itself, I time to use my dough when ready and not refrigerate at all, does that make a big difference using it cold than room temp after rising dough balls. It seems like some of your videos you pull a plastic container out of a large fridge with dough balls in it, just wondering if that's what I'm doing wrong cause I follow your recipe and processes to a T, and yet mine is so soft and loose and hard to work with but don't want to change hydration to make it denser if I don't have to
