    Most people do not have a a Spiral stand mixer and never will. Better off hand kneading or using machines that the majority might have. I know a UA-camr who did great pizza videos and then lost views when he got a Famag spiral mixer as most could not relate to that content as they could not replicate. Spirals are the best but 90%+ home cooks do not have and never will.

    Vito, I love you! I am a double subscriber, but I am not normally the kind of person to leave comments or likes. I love you so much that I started watching the oldest ones. I have worked at one of the most authentic Italian pizza restaurants in Australia. The owner was from Italy, and his name was Mario, the pizzialo, Franchesco, was from Naples and was imported to Australia specifically to make the pizza for this restaurant. I learned a lot from them both. i know you have have invested your life and money into this channel, Vito, and I wish you all the luck there is possible! I've watched almost 150 videos so far, and sometimes 20 in one night, old and new. Tonight I just saw the blindfold video from 9 years ago and have a suggestion for you. Please consider a re-make of that video, but if you can try to do it at the same location as before or another one that you have been familiar with in the past, it would be better. I think it would be more successful in a real-world setting than it would be in your new studio. At the time you made that video, you were just starting out. Now you have more viewers and more experience, so it would be more successful because it shows the high levels of your artistry and skill since you started at 8 years old!     I have just tried the yellow bun recipe and they came out great! I used about a tablespoon of turmeric 😊
