Have you ever done DNA sequencing method in lab with DNA sequencing machine? I haven't done this myself but my friend had DNA sequencing as part of her PhD method. I used to observe. In reality getting a good sequencing result might take sometime and a lot depends on how good your sample extraction and handling is.
