    I really appreciate these videos and have almost caught up with you guys on my 987.1 3.8 build. To tighten or loosen pulley bolts, I recommend a heavy duty strap wrench which you could ideally wedge against something.

    You might want to double check the pulley attached to the alternator. Mine was rubbing and I found I needed to manually align the outer washer.

      Just centered the outer washer by eye and made sure it was no longer rubbing before torquing.

    Can you give me the part number of the gasket at 1:44? The one I ordered is the metal type which was wrong. Thx.
