    Hi Humna ,
I literally binge-watched a lot of your podcasts last night. The work that you are doing is truly phenomenal because I see that the work you do is actually helping other women , building their confidence and just helping them realize how many other women are out there who are going through the same issues and coming out stronger. I really appreciate you. You are amazing . I want to tell you that the work that what you are doing is actually touching lives and is value-adding in so many ways that you yourself might not know .
Keep doing this. More power to you💖💖

So true . Very important for all women get their higher education, get into a profession be financially independent and seek a spouse who is close to religion and has real understanding of religion plus he is financially independent to support wife and children. The spouse needs to have open personality instead of being narcissistic. Everything is possible, if a person is ready to take calculated risks. Muslim women need to change , only then countries situations will change. We need to use phrase assertiveness instead of strong headed.

Another curse is our culture's joint family system
Agar bhalay se husband acha mil gaya to us ki maa aap k liye villan ban jati hai.... yehe log agar shuro se once a week milan, mehmano ki tarhan to izzat be rahay aur muhabbat be.... but living together with another woman is a huge amount of burden... na deen mai aagy bhar patay hain, na duniya mai, na bachon ki sahe tarbiat ker paty hain...

I really appreciate the kind of work she has come up with... But most of these women supporting all the downtrodden out there speaks about how to say No to any kind of abuse and getting out of toxic relationships but nobody talks about the state n situation where u simply can't put an end to it n u r unable to stop physical, mental and emotional abuse for that matter.. N it further frustrates tha victim knowing their rights but still receiving and living in shit.
