Lao Tzu - How To Love Yourself (Taoism)
In this video we will be talking about how to love yourself from the philosophy of Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher who is known to be the founder of Taoism and the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching.
So with that in mind, here are 5 ways to love yourself from the wisdom of Lao Tzu-
01. Embrace your natural state
02. Let go of self-judgement
03. Live in the present
04. Trust the unfolding of the Tao
05. Cultivate inner stillness
We hope you enjoyed watching the video and hope this video, how to love yourself, from the philosophy of Lao Tzu, will help you .
Taoism is a Chinese philosophy attributed to Lao Tzu which contributed to the folk religion of the people primarily in the rural areas of China and became the official religion of the country under the Tang Dynasty. Taoism is therefore both a philosophy and a religion. Taoism teaches to embrace wonder and the joy in living gracefully with style. Lao Tzu was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer who is known to be the founder of Taoism. He is also credited as the writer of Taoism’s most sacred text, the Tao Te Ching and his words can apply to people all over the world.

I’m not doing that for you but it’s just like the whole way of you being so I just want you to feel bad about that and I’m just being honest about that and not doing that you want me to be in the world of what time is the best for him so he doesn’t 😊
Thank you all u❤

Loving myself comes down to how disciplined I am (self trust) and not what I do but why I do it. I do things for good reasons without expectation, I only share love, i never give it away. If I don't keep some, I am unable to truly love. I can adore, desire, lust or long for, but i can't love if I am incomplete in loving myself. I am scared of losing noone because I am comfortable with myself. I am in good company when I am alone. I don't need applause, nor do I need to talk about myself. I learn more from listening and feel even better about myself when I do which allows me to share even more love. I self cultivate love and share it with people who are like minded. I am not afraid to tell people no and I love toxic people from afar. I don't judge them, but i dont allow them to manipulate my energy not cause I don't have compassion for them, but because my love travels much farther with others who are willing to share it as well
Lao Tzu was perhaps the wisest of all Philosophers, much wiser in my opinion than the Buddha.
“Simplicity, patience, compassion.
These three are your greatest treasures.
Simple in actions and thoughts, you return to the source of being.
Patient with both friends and enemies,
you accord with the way things are.
Compassionate toward yourself,
you reconcile all beings in the world.”
― Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching

@lostandfound3999 Watching Videos with Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, or Peter Crone may help. You can find audio books for the first 2 at libraries. Peter Crone's book hasn't come out yet. He easier to understand though. Lots of videos and podcasts of all 3, I believe.

As a song says, learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. Self-love is not selfishness but rather a requirement to learn how to love others with compassion and understanding. It is a reflection of how you value yourself.

How do you prepare for tackling unpredictable danger?! I m suffering from anxiety problem, I really enjoy the nature but I have so much fear to leave my home…
@@recuerdos2457 it sounds like you get more anxiety than me, but i just try to let go of it and trust the world, accepting the possibility of danger. we hvae to accept this every day. you're probably more likely to react appropriately to danger if you're calm and alert. at the end of the day, no matter how many fearful plans and thoughts you have, 99.9% of what you think about doesn't even happen, and when that 0.1% does happen, you probably react in a totally different way to what you imagined in your anxious thoughts anyway, so it's pointless. use common sense and don't go to dangerous places and you'll be fine just like all the other people who go there. trust yourself. besides, if you have a plan for something bad happening, you have a way to respond, so don't worry anymore! i know it's not that simple though ahahahaha.
here is what works for me: take small steps and go out for short periods and build up from there, spending longer outside each time if you can and seeing if you can practise trusting the world around you, maybe seeing if you can just shift your attention away from your thoughts and into whatever stuff is around you, something in your senses - each time your attention wanders into thoughts or anxiety and you notice this, just gently move your attention back to whatever sensation you were focussing on before. this is all totally okay. ensure your breathing is slow, deep and controlled as this will help you stay calmer and more relaxed. hopefully with all of this you'll slowly begin to train yourself that it's okay to be outside and you aren't always in danger. unfortunately the only way out of this problem is by going right through it. i can only advise you with what's worked for me but i hope it helps
I've always struggled with self love and not knowing my own strengths or what counts as a strength.

“ profound acceptance of oneself”. EXACTLY. Easier said than done, though.
What kills me when I really do tell someone my biggest problem is I don’t love myself it gets looked at as a joke like … I just want attention.

Thank you for explaining it.i never actually understood what it actually was.was always thinking it was about looking after yourself via exercise for some stupid reason.ive been told I need to practice self love.i just hope I haven't lost the my love(my woman) because of it and hope it isn't too late🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
You are on the right path. Your relationship will stand up to your changes if it’s meant to be. That may be hard to accept now but as you grow in your self love, that and more will be apparent. Love yourself first and everything else and you will align with what’s meant to be, for your higher good. Much love ❤
@@alanmurchie7330 here's hoping.thank you 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Vvy nice 💯 thanks for your valuable information of life philosophy ❤
You need to love yourself first that it overflows to time to share it with others.
that's all good and well to not compare and devalue yourself when seeing more successful people, but those more successful people certainly do judge those they deem "less successful" and treat them with disrespect
But you have the ability, the power to not let it bother you. To choose to not react or to look inside , draw strength from these teachings and move on. It’s not easy but it’s possible.
@@alanmurchie7330 I was talking about the double standard, that those "less" successful are supposed to change themselves whereas those "more" successful don't have to do anything
Thats thier reality. Let them shape it as they wish, it should not taint yours.

Sir, please make a video series on Advait Vedant philosophy also known as non-dualistic philosophy. The vedant teachers extreme level of self-introspection and critical self-analysis. For reference you can go for Philosopher Adi Shankaracharya literature and 'Vedant' written by Prashant tripathi (Acharya prashant). You can also go for your own reference.

I agree with and appreciate this video from a conceptual level. However it is naive in the extreme to think that you can move into the artist community without worrying about their approval. Today, that community would tell you what words you can use, what thoughts you can have, and how you can express your art without "harming" anyone. The real answer is do what you do, be grateful, don't worry about what others think, but keep your mouth shut.
We can still express ourselves but word choice is important. Engage the mind before the mouth.
If self acceptance isn't conditional to achievements or external validation, what is it conditional to?

It’s a shame that if you shift your course to align with your true nature, you most likely won’t be paid and end up homeless and sick.
That's exactly what happened to me when I tried to "align"🥺
Basically why he tells us to embrace our true nature is, that puts us in a state of stability and peace, and gives us ability to think and act calmly which is the best course of action.
这哪门子老子说的😂

I will agree that the voice sounds robotic. I like the message of being your natural self, then why not have a narrator with a natural voice?
It's Taoism. Mystical and cryptic
