    Loving myself comes down to how disciplined I am (self trust) and not what I do but why I do it. I do things for good reasons without expectation, I only share love, i never give it away. If I don't keep some, I am unable to truly love. I can adore, desire, lust or long for, but i can't love if I am incomplete in loving myself. I am scared of losing noone because I am comfortable with myself. I am in good company when I am alone. I don't need applause, nor do I need to talk about myself. I learn more from listening and feel even better about myself when I do which allows me to share even more love. I self cultivate love and share it with people who are like minded. I am not afraid to tell people no and I love toxic people from afar. I don't judge them, but i dont allow them to manipulate my energy not cause I don't have compassion for them, but because my love travels much farther with others who are willing to share it as well

    • @XsNiPeRPi3z
      @XsNiPeRPi3z Рік тому +1

      @@recuerdos2457 it sounds like you get more anxiety than me, but i just try to let go of it and trust the world, accepting the possibility of danger. we hvae to accept this every day. you're probably more likely to react appropriately to danger if you're calm and alert. at the end of the day, no matter how many fearful plans and thoughts you have, 99.9% of what you think about doesn't even happen, and when that 0.1% does happen, you probably react in a totally different way to what you imagined in your anxious thoughts anyway, so it's pointless. use common sense and don't go to dangerous places and you'll be fine just like all the other people who go there. trust yourself. besides, if you have a plan for something bad happening, you have a way to respond, so don't worry anymore! i know it's not that simple though ahahahaha.
      here is what works for me: take small steps and go out for short periods and build up from there, spending longer outside each time if you can and seeing if you can practise trusting the world around you, maybe seeing if you can just shift your attention away from your thoughts and into whatever stuff is around you, something in your senses - each time your attention wanders into thoughts or anxiety and you notice this, just gently move your attention back to whatever sensation you were focussing on before. this is all totally okay. ensure your breathing is slow, deep and controlled as this will help you stay calmer and more relaxed. hopefully with all of this you'll slowly begin to train yourself that it's okay to be outside and you aren't always in danger. unfortunately the only way out of this problem is by going right through it. i can only advise you with what's worked for me but i hope it helps

    I agree with and appreciate this video from a conceptual level. However it is naive in the extreme to think that you can move into the artist community without worrying about their approval. Today, that community would tell you what words you can use, what thoughts you can have, and how you can express your art without "harming" anyone. The real answer is do what you do, be grateful, don't worry about what others think, but keep your mouth shut.
