Being alone is very different from being lonely. You could be alone and be happy but if you are feeling lonely it can be very dangerous for emotional and physical health.
In this workshop, I explained what exactly loneliness is, what are the causes of feeling lonely and the guaranteed remedies to cure loneliness.

This is the one good value about western countries that they teach people not to go on appearances. As in many muslim countries where women have a pressure to appear like a doll. People need to understand women have changed now. They are going on moon trips and doing surgeries in the hospitals . Talking about if a woman should make an eye brow or not is such a waste of time. Please continue sharing your valuable ideas. Muslims need to come back to the core values of Islam and humanity instead of superficiality. Having a passion or a hobby , or a higher goal surrounded by sincere people whether they are 10 or 2. Please do a program on how to do conversations with people , what are the etiquettes islamically. We have a very hard time even shopping where men shopkeepers Or helpers are not taught to treat customers respectfully.
Also in offices we find same behavior. In western countries people are very respectful whether we are shopping or working in offices. It really doesn’t matter if a person is a security guard or a boss. We see that in pakistani dramas they don’t show these etiquette the civilized convesations with home helpers or office workers or neighbors . Also teaching online conversations, sometimes we see a lot of harrasment on comments.
